What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

b- coffee
l- 2 x toast w/ 1 avocado, lemon juice / salt and shredded cheese
d- romaine w/ beef taco meat / tex mex cheese / sour cream
s - iceccream sandwich
 
Reviving this....yesterday was a bit of a naughty day but I've been ill and wanted comfort lol

Breakfast - double sausage and egg mcmuffin with a galaxy hot chocolate

Lunch - nothing, was still full from breakfast

Dinner - maggi so juicy chicken mini fillets, Mexican style micro rice and peas, left about 1/4 of this

Snacks - 5x Lindt balls, three slices pizza that my son left, packet of twiglets, another hot choc.

Drinks - lots of water, diluting sugar free vimto and cups of tea throughout then day.

b- nothing
l- bag of French fries crisps and a glass of squash
t- lasagne, can of Diet Coke.
snacks- 3 triangles of toblerone, vanilla iced coffee and a quarter of toast with butter
 
Today

B - defrosted frozen cherries and fat free greek yogurt
L - 5 mini chicken skewers, 3 mini pizzas and 7 mini sausage rolls (all frozen party food type foods)
D - quarter pounder with cheese meal
S - twiglets
Drinks - vimto, water, teas and coffees.
 
B- banana and porridge
L- cheese and pickle pitta bread with grapes and 1/2 cup hot chocolate
D- Penne arriabata with spinach and a bucket of Parmesan
Snacks- a banana, a few chocolate drops and a small amount of bran flakes

Toasted everything bagel with butter and cream cheese

bowl of spaghetti with homemade tomato garlic sauce

Monday
Coffee
Light rye toast with butter

leftover spaghetti
Homemade chicken veg soup with saltines and a grilled cheese
 
Brunch - bacon sandwich with ketchup, orange juice
Snacks - apple, banana and grapes
Dinner - Chicken tikka masala, rice, diced cucumber, tomato and onion kachumber
 
Breakfast/Lunch - 4x streaky bacon and 2 x eggs
Dinner - 1/2 portion chicken shashlik, spoonful boiled rice, poppadom, 1/4 peshwari naan

Loads of decaf brews, can of diet coke and clearly not enough actual water 😑
