L- walnuts, slice of ham bit of mozzarella - 2 squares of dark chocolate with orange bits
S-Tea and a Banana
D- probably going to be tomato soup with garlic
Lunch - cheese salad roll and green grapes.
Dinner - chicken pilau rice with raita.
Snacks - bag of cheese and onion crisps and a brownie.
Drinks - water.

D- likely kind bars, strawberries or soup

B- Bagel and cream cheese then cappuccino at work
L- Pesto pasta, babybel, orange

B- plain greek yogurt with blueberries, collagen powder and honey
L- the tiniest bit of salad: cucumber, tomato, onions with a slice of bread, bit of nuts
S- an iced coffee from Starbucks
D- an apple, a slice of bread and butter
that iced coffee did not agree with me but I'm also facing some money worries which is why I'm not eating much, on the plus side I look great in a bikini this summer (facing a period of unemployment after only holding on to my last job for an extremely short time so I'm really stressed- please never eat this little on purpose)
Keep forgetting about this and I used to love being nosey at what people are eating ❤
Didn't eat anything all day until 3.30pm. Then I had 2 x Crusty cobs with salted butter and peppered ham. Then later on I had a big wedge of brie, a punnet of blueberries and a tin of tuna with a drizzle of good olive oil. And I have just had 2 x packs of salt and vinegar squares.
