What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

B- porridge and fruit
S- aldi mini party rings
D - spicy chips and pukka chicken curry pie
D - 1L orange squash and Diet Coke
 
B-1 Coffee with almond milk,pretzels,chocolate
tea
L- yogurt with collagen powder and honey, cashews, a dried prune and a couple of squares of dark chocolate.

S-pretzels,hummus,walnuts,cucumber.

D- mixed trail mix then pasta with meatballs
 
B- 3 mini banana muffins, 1 coffee, 1 tea with collagen powder
L- walnuts, slice of ham bit of mozzarella - 2 squares of dark chocolate with orange bits
S-Tea and a Banana
D- probably going to be tomato soup with garlic
 
Lunch - cheese salad roll and green grapes.
Dinner - chicken pilau rice with raita.
Snacks - bag of cheese and onion crisps and a brownie.
Drinks - water.
 
B- coffee, almond mil, small kind bars, and tea with collagen
L- bagel with butter, mozzarella and strawberries
S- mozzarella, kind bars
D- likely kind bars, strawberries or soup
- Water and tea with honey throughout the day
 
B- thin slice of sprouted toast, guacamole, hard boiled egg, coffee & diluted OJ
L- steak kebab and brussel sprouts leftovers
D- za’atar salmon, potato wedges, salad

snack:

140 g frozen fruit (bananas, strawberry, pineapple, mango)
 
B- Bagel and cream cheese then cappuccino at work
L- Pesto pasta, babybel, orange
S- drink, popcorn, chocolate?, babybel, yogurt and honey
D- salad and tea
 
B- plain greek yogurt with blueberries, collagen powder and honey
L- the tiniest bit of salad: cucumber, tomato, onions with a slice of bread, bit of nuts
S- an iced coffee from Starbucks
D- an apple, a slice of bread and butter

that iced coffee did not agree with me but I'm also facing some money worries which is why I'm not eating much, on the plus side I look great in a bikini this summer 😆 (facing a period of unemployment after only holding on to my last job for an extremely short time so I'm really stressed- please never eat this little on purpose)
 
Wednesday:
b- coffee w/ sugar and half and half
l- taco salad : romaine / taco beef/ rice/ shredded cheddar/ sour cream /
d- Romaine w/ thousand island dressing / bbq chicken , spoon of garlic penne and a couple tbsp of Amish Broccoli Salad.
s- choc flav popsicle
 
thursday
b- coffee w/ sugar and half and half cream
l- romaine / 4 tbsp rice mixed w/ taco ground beef . 1 tbsp thousand island dressing. shredded marble cheese ( probably 2 tbsp) . 6 smashed tostitos rounds. 1 tbsp sour cream . 1 / 2 cup Amish broccoli salad.
d -vodka soda w/ lemon x 3
romaine w/ homemade brioche roasted garlic croutons , bacon , parm and Cesar dressing.
o- probably 2-3 l water to drink.
 
Keep forgetting about this and I used to love being nosey at what people are eating 😂

Didn't eat anything all day until 3.30pm. Then I had 2 x Crusty cobs with salted butter and peppered ham. Then later on I had a big wedge of brie, a punnet of blueberries and a tin of tuna with a drizzle of good olive oil. And I have just had 2 x packs of salt and vinegar squares.
 
tuesday;
b- coffee w/ sugar and silk vanilla creamer
l-big salad - romaine / cheddar. Grilled chicken/ honey dill dressing
d-romaine/ shredded tex mex cheese/ sour cream / thousand island dressing / seasoned taco ground beef / crushed tortilla chips
s - peanut butter cookie
 
B: ☕
L: Two pieces of seeded toast, one with strawberry jam and chia seeds on and one with peanut butter and banana on 🍓[]🍌
D: Pad thai with This Isn’t Chicken pieces and spring onions
