I was going to ask what do we think is up with Kels... injury or finally admitting she has fallen out of love with running and can't face it/be arsed?Kels has done 3 runs this year, totalling 20 miles. Clearly injured AF but keeping it a secret. I guess she’s not planning on joining the Runner of 4 and Irritating Jemma with a J bandwagon and disclosing it. Not defending him at all because his training is insane, but I think based off his obsession with lactate measurements he will be using this three zone training methodology based around lactate threshold 1 and lactate threshold 2 (I don’t understand it whatsoever - but a quick google pulled this up from a cycling coach’s website so you can sort of see what Matt is on about). For endurance running the majority of your training should be in zone 2, or you end up over training/injured/not improving….hang on, he has just answered all the questions about why he hasn’t been getting faster!
