We used to wonder how they could both go to run club leaving 4 kids at home. Now they still both go, for an hour plus, and leave the kids and a very young puppy? The mind boggles.
How will she be able to go out and film tits on the bike during the week with the puppy? I can't wait for everyone to be over this pair and everything dry up, then they will be forced to wake up and join the real world.

I am 100% in agreement with you here. I’m not going into a long post rant about own puppy experience but so far, it’s a million miles from what they are showing on Instagram.

They can fuck off and then fuck off some more.

I feel like this day is coming, given the amount of “I have coaching spots available” begging going on from Tits, and there’s not been that many naff freebies being flogged lately. People are over the influencer bullshit

Certainly for brand support/partnerships now it seems to be shifting to those who at least make some community/social value support. Not just so about the influencer but how what they are doing might help others. Is this why they tried to start up their "run club"?! I think Kel's got a lot of stuff on the back of being a "type 1 diabetic sports person" but she lately hasn't deserved this through her poor management/diet displays. Can't remember if she was better in the past but she's never above hash tagging it when it suits her. But never in the Gregg's/donut posts of course.

Aren’t vizlas known for getting very bad separation anxiety even if you follow all the advice etc ? I’m sure I read they’re a bit of a nightmare in that sense… will be interesting to see if they cope with that if it happens.
Yes. My mum’s friend has one. V experienced dog owner but first time with a Vizsla. She has had a nightmare and it has curtailed her retirement as far as I can tell. It has also wrecked her house. Looks lovely though.

Suppose that’s what Welloggs are all about. Appearances.

Our dog had separation anxiety when he was a pup, he's fine now but it was a nightmare for a while. Luckily it happened when we were in lockdown so we didn't have anywhere to go, and he was fine by the time we got back to normal.

That minging pair of grifters don’t need to worry about the pup wrecking their house. Pup needs to be worried about catching something from the sweat puddles in the kitchen. Hope it’s vaccinated

I know this has been discussed before, but I'm a peri menopausal woman with memory issues..

When did tits run his 2:24 marathon? Has he not been around the 2:27 mark since? Does he not sit and think that maybe he should aim to get close to PB shape again rather than attempting to knock 7 mins off his current abilities? Or have a missed a much quicker more recent marathon result?

I wouldnt trust him to coach me. I'm a 2:50 runner (PB) but more recently have been around the 2:55 mark. I'd love to hit 2:45 one day (not sure if that's even possible for me) and I can't help but think if I told tits that was my long term goal he would just immediately have me training towards that rather than using the more sensible approach of working back towards PB form. Also as a mum that works full time he will have me running every day twice a day because if he can fit it in with his busy life, so can I....

Genuine question. What are his coaching credentials/qualifications? (Cue post reminding us all of them!)

2022 Valencia, since then he's run 2:31, 2:29, 2:31 and 2:33, so he's looking at knocking off over 11-13 minutes!
He does have some plans he copies and pastes, and does a calculation of what your paces should be, but you'd have to run a minimum of 70 miles a week and have your lactate tested with a reused lancet. Oh, and you'd have to 20 x 1k reps every week and a 10 mile run the day before every race

Is Kells racing another 10k this week?
Looks like it!
