Sleep deprived but the puppy slept from 10pm til 5am? That’s a normal nights sleep for me before I go to one of my jobs. Kells is an absolute waste of space.

My 10 1/2 year old spaniel got me up at 4.30am (like you, half an hour before the alarm) yesterday because life was too exciting.

Not sure her Vizsla pup is going to be as chill as Fred.

I love to see what she perceives to be her ‘threshold’ pace . Tonight her ‘threshold’ intervals were a fair bit faster than she managed to hold at last weeks 10k . Also like half hour of elapsed time and a down hill warm Up not much slower than her intervals
