her longer runs have been a good pace recently and she has done a good job there, have said for a while that with sensible pacing she could sub-4. assume she treated it as a training run so paced it accordingly and she did it.

But as always with our kels look at the pacing. I firmly believe that she set out to do that faster as it got significantly slower. So soz kels not totally impressed here yet

The only way she can keep a pace is if someone is right there holding her hand the entire way 
otherwise it's 20-40 minutes off her goal. Great coach credentials!!!

She did well. Fair play. But stop with the bollocks. It wasn’t a training run for Valencia. She went out at a pace that she can’t hold and is far beyond her capability and as per positive splitted. A training run is slow and well-paced. Polar opposite to the first few miles of this.

Well done and all that, but sorry, who runs a marathon (at PB pace) as a training run for a goal marathon thats just weeks away? They still make absolutely no sense!
