She’s police complaint response from 2014 where she lost Ashton for 3 weeks when she was a baby due to safeguarding checks. To my knowledge it’s not common for these sort of checks to be completed unless there are significant and immediate concerns?

With my first two pregnancies I left the hospital without anything.

I broke up with my abusive ex whilst pregnant with his baby.. because police were involved children’s services were notified & when I was in hospital I was questioned tons, it completely ruined my labour if I’m honest and despite having no contact with my ex at this point for months it was still an issue. Children’s services had closed my case as I ended relationship, moved out etc.. So charlotte was already known to children’s services , or the hospital had concerns! They don’t do checks for no reason.

Yeh she’s acting like all of this is out of the blue but in one of the court documents there’s court orders going back to 2018.

It sounds like they’ve mixed her Dad (presumably) up with someone with the same name and DOB.

It’s impossible to say whether that was what triggered the issue in the first place (ie she said at hospital she was living with him and the name was recognised and triggered a report by itself that’s then continued wrongly) or if there were other concerns. She’d have been pretty young in a big age gap relationship which is a bit of a red flag by itself too.

The continuing paperwork makes clear the current issues have been going on for much longer than she’s making out and that she’s much more involved as well.

The big question is, why were checks even being made though? They don’t just check randomly, there has to be a suspicion or worry if something sinister?

She’s not giving us the full story & she hasn’t worked with children’s services/the courts so ultimately has herself to blame. If anyone close to her really cared, they’d tell her to do the courses etc but she thought she was above it all . I’ve been on the parenting courses , they were full of parents who chose drugs over their children, totally different to my circumstances, but I did it to keep my children living with me!

What I mean was if her Dad has the same name (and DOB so is same age as) someone who is known as a risk in their local area, if she said to eg a midwife “I’ll be living with my parents, Jane and John Doe” and they thought he was the other John Doe that in itself could be enough to be the worry that triggers the checks, especially in combination with the age gap thing and her being relatively young.

Yeah, she talks a lot of wanting to have access etc but it does sound like now they’re really trying to work with her and she’s just dismissing it. You’d think she’d be doing everything they said trying to get back to some sort of arrangement.

Midwives don’t know a list of at risk persons off the top of their heads though so there has certainly been something that has triggered this check as it’s not common practice. She would have already had to be known to social services for whatever reason at that point

I 100% don’t think the dad is innocent either - the messages he’s sent her don’t paint him in a good light, but there’s defo more to things than she is letting on. For her to have zero contact is bad. My ex is allowed supervised contact and he’s deemed a significant risk 😳

Oh absolutely I don’t doubt he’s played a part in this chaos I get the impression the relationship was toxic from both sides at times but for him to get custody without her having any visitation paints the picture she is playing a bigger part than she lets on
 
Her TikTok fans feed her delusions - it’s so concerning. It doesn’t look like she engages with SS yet she’ll spontaneously rock up outside their offices to the point where they call the police. Posting selective sections of the court documents.. and even those don’t paint her in the best light, it would be interesting to know what she’s covering up

I mean, he’s definitely not innocent, he was in a relationship with a teenager when he was in his 40s! It‘s so disgusting!

It doesn’t look like she’s accessing any real life support which is a shame. I think a lot of good could come out of it if she did. The relationship with the social worker has broken down seemingly irrevocably too. What a sad situation.

I felt sorry for this woman at first but i think there’s so much more to this. I know mistakes happen but there’s no way someone has this many bad experiences with police / social services etc. Also sharing all these court documents is just mental. I’m sure she covers certain bits which show her not in a good light so it’s all so biased. I just find it hard to believe social services would completely restrict any visitation whatsoever unless they thought she was a risk to those children so she must have done something for them to warrant that surely?

I agree. Also if you were at this stage in court desperately trying to see your children wouldn't you be on your best behaviour? Not getting charged with drunk and disorderly

Definitely! Also for all the paperwork the police have to do to detain someone they wouldn’t bother unless they had grounds to So I really don’t buy the whole ‘ I was spiked and they arrested me for no reason’ bullshit. Has she deleted that video now?
