No they won't they'll want them off people who are of good character and known the person for a lengthy set of time.

There's a lot more to it then just a video they will have evidence in court against her . Why should we have to go through this with her it's draining what are we supposed to do .
I have two family members who are social workers and it’s literally SO difficult to remove children from their parents. It’s such a lengthy complex process there’s absolutely no truth to anything she is saying. I despise the fact tik tok is giving these awful mothers a platform and literal abuse and neglect is being supported by a load of nut cases on there. She is loving the attention and obviously the money that comes with it. I agree with another poster that said she probably doesn’t want them back but doesn’t want to be known as someone who’s had her children taken away. Kids are hard work but shower them with attention and love and it makes things a hell of a lot easier. Something they will never get from her. Hope her boys go to a loving home and they are given everything that she will never be able to give them. She is a selfish horrible bleep who only cares about strangers on the internet

Would a court order be needed for children to be removed . Yes. It’s really hard to get them back too. You need a social worker to really fight for you. That social worker needs to have complete trust in you to be able to do this because if anything happens when the children are placed back in the mothers care, it comes back on them. She’s already being uncooperative by staying on social media so why would a social worker give up so much of their personal life (they will stay up all night writing report after report for months on end) to fight her case when she can’t even do that? I honestly can’t see her getting them back

Would she have to go on courses . She has to have a assessment before court so seems a very long process I know they don't like taking children out of home environments unless a last resort would they of been working with her before the children were removed she's making out they just turned up and took them .

She’s mentioned herself doing parenting courses and being monitored for a while. Definitely an on going investigation.

Vic has been under SS for a while, I’ve even heard her say SS asked her to stay off TT and answer the door when they arrived, what does she expect is going to happen when she’s ignoring them and not been working with them.
SS have not just turned up one day out of the blue and removed them due to a certain video.. they have removed them because of emotional abuse and Vic not co-operating.
Sick of seeing her minions saying ‘oh but vics just being saracastic or having a joke with her comments’
She’s been vile about them kids and even worse shes doing it online in front of thousands of people, them videos will still be out there for them poor boys to see when there older.
Heres a list of types of emotional abuse and she’s done most of them to her kids.

This thread has been going since august last year and many of us throughout the months commented on how she spoke to her kids and how she has them on live to beg for gifts. We also spoke about how she had Brett there a random bloke off tik tok around her kids and that ended up badly. I don’t comment on here to be nasty about “creators” I comment with what I see on there. She was live literally day and night so it’s not like she can say what others have said and that we only see 60 second videos of her life. She shared her whole day and night on live for months we saw it all. This wasn’t a random report for a one time thing, the social were involved months ago she even said this. I cannot believe she’s still all over tik tok, she needs to get off the app and sort herself out for her kids. Several of us spoke in here about the way she speaks to her kids, can laugh it off as a joke but there’s nothing funny about speaking to your kids like tit all the time.
I agree, I used to watch and notice how she was towards those boys and she found it funny it was uncomfortable to see I only watched now and again

The ignorance of some of the women making TikToks claiming vic is a great mum and ss just rocked up to her house and took her kids, how ss get paid for every child they take, how it was for an edited TikTok, she’s done nothing wrong, I can’t even laugh because it’s not funny. How are these women parents? Ss will only remove children who are neglected or abused, which can mean a lot of things. And those boys were! Has anyone actually thought her eldest may have spoke up, the school etc, how people think this is over one report or an edited TikTok I can’t comprehend. As I’ve said I had a Child protection order growing up, it wasn’t for abuse or neglect and I never left my parents care because they didn’t do anything zero evidence I won’t go into detail because it’s personal but ss will only remove children if a parent has failed simple as that. Vic failed. That’s the reason.

If one of the reasons her kids were removed was because of her online activity. Surely the GFM won't go in her favour? It'll look as though Vic owes it to her followers to stay online/show the boys because they paid for it and 'helped her get them back', especially with the character references she's asking for

If you read back here months ago she didn’t take the eldest to school Cos she had been on live on tik tok all night. None of this would’ve gone down well with social services. Everything would’ve been noted and it all come to a head. People saying they took her kids cos the social worker gets a bonus is ridiculous.
Yes i remember, this was after Vic was attacked recently.

Just watched channys video on Instagram calling her out - vic has commented saying she's deleted tiktok as she knows she's done wrong and got too sucked into the app, but now she's sat on live on Instagram? Make it make sense
