Brian Cox's voice sounds like a cross between William Hague and Wallace from Wallace and Gromit.

I hate wildlife documentaries. So boring, and it's always the same animals...elephants, monkeys, dolphins and penguins. I hate all of them too. Give the other animals a chance.

While I'm on the subject - zoos. Costs an absolute fortune to visit any of them, all the animals are usually inside or hiding (except the ever-present meerkats).

I was put off of them for life by Anglia tvs tedious ' Survival' wildlife programmes in the 1970s. An hour of out-of-focus fuzzy camerawork of a cheetah standing around looking at its tail . 😐😖

totally agree. A local farm donated 100 tickets to NHS staff, and we took our little boy. The only part he enjoyed was the pumpkin smash… where you smashed rotten pumpkins.

My aunt is a GP. She had a trans patient. She didn't prescribe x drug because she had never prescribed it before and was unsure of dosage. The patient complained about her. Lots of having to apologize . Same with the doctor who was reported after her husband complained about the doctor asking the muslim mother to remove her niqab (the extra veil that covers the face not headscarf) so he could hear her properly whilst he treated her daughter. Agree some people will find anything to be outraged by and it's not worth the agro if someone reports you.

Exactly the sort of thing that most people would think are ludicrous situations to find yourself in. How anyone on the Olympics committee sat with a straight face and said "yep let's let males compete in the same categories as females, sounds fair to me" is a total mystery. It's not allowed in the para Olympics and funnily enough when it was announced I didn't notice a scrum of f2m athletes elbowing themselves into the men's completions, strangely enough.

I have a horrible feeling that because so many of the silent majority feel, as you and I do that they don't want to stick their neck out that it's assumed that we agree with the madness.

my husband is one of 4 sons and 1 daughter. The daughter is the AWOL one as she has a different dad and the middle brother is the one who lives next door to the MIL 🤣

Lol when I got married I actually had a specific request to the DJ NOT to play anything by Adele or Ed sheeran 🤣
