Ungraceful Guide

Yup... obviously eating fresh local food and not drinking is great. Nobody is saying it isn't. But they are extremely active and share one meal between two adults. Sharing one meal between two adults is odd behavior regardless of your level of activity. The point is they don't eat enough calories for how active they are.... that's easy for anyone to see.

Being underweight has just as many risks, if not more, as being overweight. But we as a society love to focus more on overweight and obesity....

Now, they are both adults and can choose to live how they want as long as the child is well looked after and fed. But there's no point pretending they are super healthy or something.
 
Haven’t looked at their stories gif a while. Is Katie pregnant? Looks like it in recent story from the children’s museum.

I hadn't watched for ages either so I just went on for a look. She does have a little bump, you're right! But am I imagining that she has endometriosis? So might just be swelling. Cora is so cute! I don't agree with sharing kids online but I have to admit she's a lovely little kid and they seem like great parents.
 
Cora Is gorgeous.
Although we do see her on their stories, it’s not in the same, showy Way Other instagrammers show their kids. It’s just natural, normal traveling/living with a Kid stud. Nothing false or pretentious.
Rather than using her for content, ads etc.
