I’m sorry to hear your anxiety is so bad. It’s easy to let fear get the better of us.Honestly as hard as it is, it’s not worth worrying about and taking away your enjoyment of your trip.
Last time I went to London I let my anxiety get the better of me convinced something horrific was gonna happen any second now and was on the verge of having a severe panic attack on a packed tube at rush hour and…nothing bad happened. I think people are just on higher alert considering everything going on.
Someone accidentally leaving one of their many bags somewhere in a rush will be seen as a potential security threat. Of course it’s important we are vigilant but life is too short to let it stop us enjoying ourselves and finding happiness in the little things. Have a great time ❤
I’ll see on the day if I feel like using the underground. But tbh I think if it’s your time it’s your time. I might use the overground instead and get run over by a taxi Those London taxi’s have no chill
