Hey long time lurker, haven’t been on in a while (apart from dancing ) I heard on the grapevine (don’t quote me) that court is to do With maintenance, sperm donor stopped paying and she wanted maintenance (rightly so) and he never represented himself to court (obvs as he is in Australia) and that is why it’s being pushed back. And she has tried to include the other family and they don’t care. Time will tell I guess.

Find it hard to believe he has stopped maintenance. Only few weeks ago someone was on here saying he paid handsomely.
And honestly, I think, above all else, Money is king to Julie, there is no way she'd not rant about money if he was not paying.
She'd have podcasts and sob stories and question boxes galore if baby daddy wasn't paying.

This wouldn’t surprise me. Money is all she cares about she would definitely go to court for it. If it’s true he is even bigger scum than I thought. I’d say the reason she isn’t on addressing it is because she has never mentioned money before, she wants her fans to think she has been doing it all solo when it’s obvious he has been giving good money for them. It will come out in the end.

Whatever about him maybe halting maintenance- that's a load of bollocks. Or definitely a spin she's peddling to get sympathy.
She halted the family visitation over a year ago and IF he's halted the maintenance payements I'd say it'll be to do with that. And now it has to go to court to get actual conditions put in place.
