No landlord I’ve ever lived for ever maintained the house. My father is a landlord and he used to mow the lawn for the tenants but they told him to stop that they’d do it themselves. They prob didn’t want him landing over every weekend. Generally the landlord coming over to do bits round the house doesn’t happen. Not that I’ve ever heard of anyways.

Yep my landlords does nothing, I have to maintain the place myself, have seen him twice in 6 years, I can do anything I want to the house.
 
On a highlight she said the house was a friend of her parents but I do recall seeing on one of the call out pages that it was her uncles house. I’d believe more it was the uncles because Julie can show how shady they are and she is a good one for changing up the original stories so why wouldn’t another family member lap up on government money and get bits done for free on the house! No flies in her eyes 👀

I thought you couldn't rent from a family member if you were in receipt of HAP/RÁS .Open to correction on that.

I think all these stories about the clothes shes bought them and the activities she has them in is to show that shes spening the money hes sending on the twins so there wont be any questions when the time comes to go to court.

I think it might just be you can’t rent from your parent. I mean who’s to know who her uncle is none of my uncles have the same last name as me.
Definitely something dodgy either way
 
And she had to get a locksmith she said also, funny how she had none of that recorded, as she records everything, so was made up just for content. She really is gong out a feeling that she resents those kids. The reason she is crying is because she wants to be out drinking with wans.

I’ve heard this story a few times from a few different people. Beginning to think it’s an urban legend 🤔
 
It isn't because I actually know the woman personally. I'm not in the habit of posting urban legends. It isn't my style
