Right i have a theory. I could be way off the mark but didn't someone who knows the twins dad mention on a previous thread that hes paying maintenance and taking her to court for access. I think all these stories about the clothes shes bought them and the activities she has them in is to show that shes spening the money hes sending on the twins so there wont be any questions when the time comes to go to court.

Very odd that the landlord whom she’s paying rent too allegedly, supported by the state, doesn’t paint the fence and maintain the house 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

You might be on to something there.... I wonder will she declare her Instagram earnings if it gets to court?

There's something funny going on there I think. We rented for years before we bought and we were never given complete free rein like that on a property especially on something like painting a front door, youd be told to leave it at the natural wood because now that door is a lot more upkeep for the landlord.

I’ve said this from day one that house is either the parents or Sean’s I guarantee you.

I've been able to do whatever I want to this house, he does not give a tit and I havent even seen him in 8 years lol

You're so lucky, any time we wanted to change anything we had to run it by them first, we wanted to change a fence out the back to make it more child friendly and they told us no, that it would devalue the house.
No one I know who's renting would be allowed to paint over a natural wood door and I don't think any of my friends would be stupid enough to do that to someone else's door without asking first as it's not like you can paint it back to the original colour and condition, the door now needs a lot of upkeep.
I think the house is Sean's t.b.h and sure he'd have no input anyway

My neighbours house is one of them housing associated basically the same as council house, she’s not allowed to paint her door and any work she wants done she needs permission.

I think she got a council house but doesn't want to let on as there would be holy war.

it is... but to get that maintenance you go to the court - to work it out you have to show what’s coming in and going out. On both sides as far as I remember and the judge then grants whatever they think is appropriate. I do know now lone parent makes you go after maintenance or your payment gets stopped.

Also some people are on lone parent before seeking maintenance. They only go for maintenance when their payment is under risk of being taken away.

In one way I am lucky and in others not so much as he is bloody useless. My friend gets checked every 3 months and like I say he has never set foot in here since I moved in, I could have the place wrecked lol
