where are you getting clomid from pleaseHad anyone come off clomid? What did it do to your cycle? My first month without it and I’m having a longer cycle, currently day 29. pre clomid I used to have cycles used to vary between 26 ti 32 days but with clomid I was having 26 day cycles.
Did a test 2 days ago and it was negative and I don’t have the heart to test again. Thoughts welcome please

First response are supposedly the ones that show up earliest, but lots of reports that the amazon listing are counterfeits, and boots withdrew it from sale. The boots own brand early response also picks up quickly, or any cheap red dye test from home bargains/poundlandAnyone got any recommendations for the best early pregnancy tests please? I’ll be 10 dpo on Friday and we go on holiday, I know it’s still too early to test but I want to take a few with me !

Good luck! Where did you get the info about foods etc for progesterone is it just google?4DPO and yet again driving myself nuts second guessing symptoms I’ve been working on fixing my own issues as the nhs has been no help, I need to raise progesterone so I’ve been hammering as many foods and vitamins that I can to try and get those levels up, definitely had some signs progesterone has increased but I don’t know if it’s enough to sustain implantation, so it’s a very nervous TWW this time!
Many maaaaaany years ago I did a nutrition course so have a base knowledge, there have been multiple studies that link vitamin c, b6, magnesium and zinc to increased progesterone, but also the thyroid and progesterone are intrinsically linked, so low progesterone suggests sluggish thyroid or something imbalanced within the endocrine system, and that is where I can use food to try and tip the scales back. It’s a bit like when someone is anaemic and told to eat more iron, iron and vitamin c work really well together and help you absorb more, iron and calcium hate each other and you absorb way less, so eating a beef burger with a slice of tomato instead of a slice of cheese you can absorb 7x more iron from that simple switch. Same happens with most vitamins and minerals, you can use food combining to get more or less absorption for your needs, so now I’ve figured out I have a shorter luteal phase and it’s because I’ve not enough progesterone to keep it going, I’m ramping up what I eat and supplement with from ovulation onwards, if it works I’ll hopefully have a spoiler BFP here soonGood luck! Don’t worry there’s a few of us trying for #2 and struggling here, at the end of the day having a child already doesn’t make the pain and longing for another any easier to deal withSo we are hitting the 1 year mark trying for no2.
I feel awful having a grumble as I know a lot of you on here still are waiting for no1.
It took 3 years for us to conceive our first so I don't know why I'm surprised its taking this long, I'm just starting to feel a bit down with it all and I'm starting to feel it's not going to happen.
