This photo should be sent to the book publisher on the offchance that they may indulge another book!
And I’ll reiterate, I honestly don’t care what weight/size Trisha is, it’s the roaring at followers for 2 years to beat the bulge and making enough money from lies to leave a perfectly good job 🤬

It’s a sad state of affairs that she is letting all her previous hard work and vigour go to waste. However she says she is happy and if she wants to lie to herself like she lies to her followers daily then that’s the path she has chosen. I just hope that the companies etc don’t support this you turn and she stops making money from the lies.
 
Of course she’s happy, she’s allowing her BED to run rampant and unrestricted. She has put on a stack of weight and it must be having implications for her physical health. I hope she doesn’t wait until next year, no one is saying she needs to be a size 8 but she’s not looking after herself by doing what she’s doing.

you are spot on, mentally and physically !
 
Defo smoking again I would always sound like that in mornings when I smoked . Trishas problem is crying wolf. Not one person here is being unfair to her because of her size. The problem is her size, but only the fact that she lies about it- not the actual measurements of her size. That big talk last week about throwing away the scales was because she knew she was meeting friends this week and wanted to be able to say it first. Although I am sure they don’t care, they aren’t the innocent people being conned by her courses or her books. I would be riddled in anxiety too if I had two books out and I was doing the complete opposite to what story I’m selling in the book.

The best thing she could do is, go away, get a new job, stay off Instagram and be accountable to only herself everyday, is anybody's health and happiness worth a few freebies.
 
Completely agree Alucia. She needs some time with herself, to focus on herself, to be honest with herself away from the pressures and expectations of everyone else. The life of an influencer and "free stuff" seems heaven in theory but there is a lot to be said for the structure and routine of a 9-5 for accountability, stability and building discipline and responsibility that transfers to other areas of our life (in a positive way!)

I suspect Trisha is 'the difficult' family member.
It's very hard to help someone who doesn't want it. I'd say she grew up the bully. Shouts the loudest= always wins
