I work out at home and gym for cardio couple days a week. I get the sun full on in my living room from sunrise and I sweated buckets this week but GOT IT DONE
I have kids a job and house to manage with a busy 60hr working OH, Lazy hole Trish has NO excuse

I've 4 kids at home, I got 4 home workouts done this week and 3 (late) night sea swims ..... only managed one walk due to the heat but GOT. IT. DONE.
 
I'd love to know what the PTs shes with really think.
They seem great but surely it will reflect badly on them the fact that shes not losing weight??

I would be so pissed off if a client of mine with 200k followers on Insta was not progressing or showing results yet it would be associated with me...

She's proof that you can't out train a bad diet. She can hop around the gym all she likes but abs are made in the kitchen 👊

But the gyms that are giving her freebies are as bad. Yes you can’t out train a bad diet but she isn’t even bothering her hole to train ( insert excuse here for this week)! Honestly the gym would be better off not giving her freebies and focusing on their. Paying customers who are actually getting results. Yes the regulars don’t have 200k but they also aren’t showing 200k people that what they do in their gym doesn’t work 🤦🏼‍♀️
 
There’s a big difference in her now compared to when she rang that marathon. It showed a picture on nationwide and she looks a good bit heavier now
 
I'd say there'd be 400kcal in 900g of mushrooms alright but 9 single mushrooms..... they're only about 6 kcal each at most.

Jesus the calories in 9 button mushrooms she prepared..400 cals… don’t know if that’s accurate but if it is what the hell is she doing promoting recipes like that…


1kg of those mushrooms would be like 200 calories lol they're like 20cals per 100 grams but her recipe is off anyways because 100g of panko crumbs are around 390 calories (she used 120 so that's already more than 400), an egg 60-77 calories depending on size, 50g flour around 180cals. Light mayonnaise around 250-270 per 100g and the puree around 30cal per teaspoon assuming she's not generous lol, so add another 75 cals to everything. Obviously you wouldn't use every last bit but flat out writing 400 calories shows what an incompetent fraud she is. They seem generously coated enough so there wouldn't be loads of leftovers from coating them, I'd say they're closer to 600-700 than 400 calories. Tempted to check out the recipes in her book now not that I'd ever pay a cent for it. Wouldn't be that hard to give an actual count in MFP, log everything you use and deduct what's leftover and show the screenshot. She has no clue and she's lazy. That recipe is also not weightloss friendly at all, you'd be starving 30min later after consuming a ton of empty carb calories and less than 6g of protein and it is way too high in calories for a snack or appetiser.

Edit: There is also no need for flour when you're trying to cook light and are already using panko breadcrumbs. She has no clue and she's a danger to other women trying to lose weight.
