"it kinda looks like she hasn't lost any more weight despite apparently eating well and exercising..."
When you keep talking a good game, you’re trying to convince yourself !There’s the put on voice again about how she has it all under control - that is when I think she is lying. As for the corporate calls, I think she is bs’ing. What has she got to offer companies.

Who said she was good at inspirational talks?! I’d doubt she gets repeat bookings. People have eyes and can see she’s a fraud…. EventuallyWell she is pretty good at inspirational talk and posts...so there is your answer
You’re right that she needs consistency but I don’t think 31 pounds in a month is the right thing either. It’s not realistic for her followers or sustainable for the average working person I’d imagine to do a month long boot camp. I’ve far far less weight to lose than Trisha and I’ve lost 2.5 stone this year by doing simple things consistently. Nothing crazy, nothing unsustainable. There's a local girl to me, a big girl, I'd say she is bigger than Trisha. She has different health issues but she has been losing weight consistently for the last couple of years. She recently lost 31 pounds in a month long boot camp. That's the sort of thing we need to see from Trisha. Hard work, consistency and no excuses
Is she? What is inspiring about her?Well she is pretty good at inspirational talk and posts...so there is your answer
She's well able to talk/shout , but she's far from inspirational. When she started out & did her first podcast with Karl Henry I was so impressed with her attitude & outlook, she was inspirational then. But that's about 3 years ago now? And after the initial weight loss she has lost no more, just fluctuates from putting it on & off, reseting every second day. She's let the fame go to her head, she's all about the #ad & not about the hard work anymore. I wouldn't buy her book, much harder working health/fitness professionals out there who know what they're talking about. She's needs to be the #ad for what she's advertisingWell she is pretty good at inspirational talk and posts...so there is your answer
Omg I can't believe she did it againAre you doubting the plan???!!!!
I too would love to see her succeed but I don't think Instagram is helping her one bit.Ok fair enough, but at what point do you say enough is enough I need to give this my all and stop making excuses be it weight loss, relationships, work, whatever. If you are not going to give it your all forget about it until the time is right. Weight loss requires a clear head and focus. All this resetting is a load of crap.
You can pound the roads, go to the gym and wash a twirl bar down with litres of water all you want, at the end of the day you are only fooling yourself. Consistency is the key.
The work she is doing now is no help to her in my opinion, she was much better and more disciplined when she was working in the restaurant.
The thing is Trisha can do it, she proved that in the beginning. She has taken on too much and can't focus properly.
I would love to see her succeed.
A lot of the comments on Trisha’s threads all day they want her to succeed! And I do too. It’s the lies. You are right a step back from SM would do a world of good unfortunately Trisha has tied her livelihood to SM and it has and will continue to backfire on herOk fair enough, but at what point do you say enough is enough I need to give this my all and stop making excuses be it weight loss, relationships, work, whatever. Good point. Just focus on her goal and come back when shes achieved noticeable change.....THEN she'd deserve a book deal out if it. As is shes only interested in her next post - ie - sale - ie -lie about her progress. These corporate gigs she says doing all day ? Guaranteed they're ones shes not been asked to do but offered to do and HR or Safety Teams go mad for that tit cause it ticks a box for the mental health / mindfulness aspect. She needs to get off social media, stop going to hotels and signing books and spend a good six to eight weeks on a good kick start programme which she sticks to for that time.
