I don't believe she was ever an actual executive chef.....I don't even believe that she was a head chef to be honest. I think she pretty much gave herself the title and they let her for the sake of peace. I just can't see her being able to manage menu planning, budgets, managing staff etc. As already stated her food 'skills' are very basic.

She had it on her stories last night. It probably dawned on her that it looks bad when your own family doesn't believe you have a "real job" so she deleted it
