"She honestly admits that she thought she might be a ‘different stone’ at this time.

“Maybe I thought I’d be further along but what I’ve realised on this journey, in the five years, is that anything drastic doesn’t work."

"Trisha has already shared her eating disorder diagnosis, and late last year she bravely disclosed her previous gambling addiction. "

Such a laugh reading this.

FFS, we all called it. She is a disgrace and will never get anywhere with her weight loss and size.
she only does the easy stuff, a few star jumps, a bit of a crappy swim, a few apples and berries and yoghurt.
But what she won’t do, is commit fully to one thing, she COULD have done the Camino, she would have had loads of support and would have been given lots of info from people who did it previously.
She is 35, childless and certainly doesn’t appear to help out her parents, she can sleep in, get up early and do whatever the flip she wants.
And she still can’t do it.
She is a bleeping joke and the people that encourage
her should be ashamed of themselves

Surely her doing the Camino would have been great content and engagement for her, would probably get some articles out of it, a nice lead up to whatever book she's releasing next to tie in this reset nonsense...She needs therapy, and not that over the phone bullshit she was promoting a while ago.

Honestly if this was some poor soul who didn't have the guidance or resources to get private training or access to nutritionists, therapists, etc. I could feel a lot of sympathy for limited weight loss progress - a lot of people fall for the drastic tactics and it blows up in their face - multiple times. Many people are dealing with depression, PTSD, OCD, severe anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. and their mental health (and sometimes their medications) get in the way of their weight loss.

Also if you're working full time, have kids, other family or professional responsibilities - that's another thing that can slow you down.

But she has none of that. No spouse, no children, no elderly parents to care for or any job that's pulling her away from the time she needs to get herself right.

And since she's the all wonderful, all inspiring, all awesome Trisha Lewis - so worthy of you forking over your hard earned money to attend her lame seminars and purchasing her lame products - surely she should have done more.

This article enrages me because it attempts to put a smiley face on a conwoman and greenlights her stupidity and by doing so, it attempts to normalise obesity.

There are so many other women and men who have been able to do more with fewer resources - why should anyone pay attention to this hag?

I think its about time that all of these outlets start writing unbiased and honest articles about these con artists. They have to stop glorifying these influencers and giving them credit when they should be telling the truth about them

💯 I remember watching an episode of the biggest loser years ago and one of the contestants had lost their job and the trainer Bob I think his name was told them this was their opportunity to work on themselves to take all that time usually spend in work actually working out and taking care of their diet etc and getting in shape. That their job for now was themselves. She has no excuse she gets up at sunrise or so she would have us believe 'her work' as the huns call it is recording a few ads for insta and uploading. What is she doing all day besides typing up spiel to use on insta and photoshopping herself? She could have great content if she made an effort or was anyway real instead of recording the perfect gym video or whatever. Record the real stuff the food intake, the binge eating show the wrappers of everything consumed when it goes bad etc. Don't be saying everything is class when it isn't. Another book wtf can she write about now oh yes her gambling addiction there had to be a reason she mentioned it in the first place. She will write a book all about it. Unless it's a reset from the reset follow up. How her transformers aren't tired of her I will never know. Her content has been the same repeated for 5 years......if I had the audience she has I'd make a huge effort to lose the weight. She is only interested in making money because she was doing great until she joined insta and she started to make a few quid from it.

Anyone know did Trisha donate herself to the fundraiser her friend is doing? Bumbleance is a brilliant thing so I hope she dug deep herself
She could have donated a percentage of sales for a week or something but no she is a cu*t.

100% agree. I know someone who has bi polar. He gave up his job as he just sadly couldn't function. The last few years have been incredibly difficult for him but he drags himself out of bed everyday at a set time to go for a walk. Then he drags himself on another small walk later on in the day and it's impressive. Trisha is just embarrassing when compared to people with real struggles.

She’s sending them in herself.
I doubt it.... that would be costing her money....there were a good few of them

How has she brainwashed all of these people? Its mind boggling
It's a good cause, and actually nothing wrong from Trisha to highlight it. But it's the fact that they are all mentioning her and saying they are followers is what's bugging me. Like, donate to the cause without trying to get the fakes attention because at the end of the day we all know that she does not really care when the money is not going in to her own pocket 🤷
