Travel Vloggers and VanLifers

Does anyone here watch FNA Van Life? Not my usual content so no idea why they hit my recommends but they seem to be travelling with UK with a baby daughter visting places off the beaten track. I am findng them coming across as very normal and likeable so far

Does anyone watch Steve and Carole vano? They’re a couple from Kent who I think are semi retired.
They do lots of holidays, some back to back.
I really like them.

I do, but I think Steve is annoying and tight with money, he speaks to Carole like crap.
He makes her feel guilty for wanting to buy something that less than 5 euros.
It's not like he can't afford it, despite his protests that they're poor!
Carole always seems exasperated, it's uncomfortable to watch sometimes.
They always order too much food in restaurants and don't end up eating half of it, it's such a waste.

I agree with you, he is really nasty to Carol and she is a lovely lady and I too find it difficult to watch. The true Steve came out when their flight was cancelled.

Agree with everything that’s just been said! The more I see of Steve, the more I’m thinking that’s he’s on the controlling side!
Carole is Lovely.
I don’t like the way he keeps implying that she’s had too much to drink . Has anyone else noticed that?
Does anyone know what their jobs are?
How do they go on back to back holidays. I’m
In awe😮

Anyone else getting a teensy bit fed up of the ExPawers moaning about the UK?

YEEESSSSS

In fact having watched several vanlifers avidly over the past few years, (ExPawers, Campervibe, Kingin it, Tread the globe, Travelbeans, Those Crappy Days, John and Mandy) now we don't really bother.

Everything is a drama, everything is for content which seems more difficult to create. From the early days of watching to realising that the shot of them arriving somewhere means they have arrived, placed the camera, left and arrived again. :) . They all seem to constantly moan about something, thats if they are still doing vanlife and often seem quite entitled.

Ones we watch now Lifes to Short (Love a bit of Grumpy Ken). Bob Hernshaw (background watching, sometimes nice to see the campsites) and By the Curb (mainly for Helen :))

I don't watch a lot of vanlifers but i got recommended FNA Vanlife and I find them really likeable. American but non irritating couple with a baby currently travelling around the UK

Yeah, I used to really like Ex Pawers. Didn't watch for a while when they went looking for land/getting the new van as not so into that. Then watched one of their vlogs on Skye and found it a combo of boring/moaning/clickbait so really don't fancy any more. I do still think they are a nice couple though.
Life's too short - grumpy ken 🤣 I can't watch them all the time as does my head in a bit. But I do like they are relatively down to earth and don't over play the "drama" quite so much, do a decent job of telling you about the places they visit.

Every week, Kinging it are looking for people to do their jobs. In recent months it's been trades people they ask to come to their property ON THE SAME DAY to help them out because they're too entitled to hire local professionals and pay them and now she's looking for someone to build her brand via Instagram because she knows she can rip off their super fans and pay with "exposure" and have them work tirelessly while she takes selfies in her new "garden studio" and pretends to be an entrepreneur.

Does the link say it’s working for free? Paying with ‘exposure’ really grinds my gears.

They've grown really slowly. I honestly am waiting for the day these two split up because they seem more like mates than a couple.

Just saw the title of their most recent video.

I am going to assume their "we moved into" is just a play on words to trick people into thinking they bought a place.

I guess they think they have found their niche

On this occasion they have actually bought it!

and the ‘disaster’ on the 3rd video is referring to an injury Alex sustained and his vision is now permanently damaged

What I don’t get, banging on about their Van dying and then having to live in it over winter while’s she’s decked out a heated lodge with a desk….. why not sleep in there? If the van is basically dying?

Wow, I've been watching them way too lazily because they bore me (did see the eye injury one though) but I missed an update on his eye. So it's permanently damaged...? They are such idiots.
