Proud of our 2 GB 3m divers Laugher and Heatly making it through to the semi-final in 4th and 6th. Excellent result after their disappointing synchro performances!

It was on Eurosport at 7am. I don’t think the BBC will show the semi-final which is on at 2am tomorrow but if our lads make it through the final is at 7am tomorrow.

I gave up with the BBC stream for gymnastics.

Simone Biles being able to compete in the beam final tomorrow is such good news. Also very excited to see Larisa Iordache compete for Romania, she's an incredible gymnast but has been plagued with so many injuries - even in quals.

They also have the rights to the 2024 Paris Olympics but at least the time difference is much better.
