Me too. I'm not hardcore enough to do the overnight shifts. Managed to stay up for a couple of the triathlons but that's about it.

I already can’t wait for the next Olympics in Paris. This time difference has done a right number on my already poor sleep pattern

I will be watching the women’s 87kg weightlifting with interest, that is for sure.

So although it said yesterday the gymnastics for today were rescheduled but I've just checked and the status said finished at like 5pm (Tokyo time of course) so when will it be shown for us? This time difference is so confusing, can't wait for it to be in Paris next, much easier!!!

Tokyo is 8 hours ahead. It started at 17:00 which is 09:00 UK time and it was shown on Eurosport and BBC. The schedule appeared to be the same as the original times. The schedule for tomorrow in UK time is:

09:00 Men’s Rings Final
09:57 Women’s Floor Final
10:51 Men’s Vault Final

GB have athletes in the Floor Final so that should be shown live on the BBC either on the main channel or could be red button. The BBC schedule is a little unpredictable though.

The Pommel Horse was shown live on BBC1 as we had Max Whitlock but the other apparatus were shown a little after the live times as the BBC were showing the golf.
