He really does think he’s superior to everybody else.

He’s also very unwilling to open up his mind to any other forms of losing weight.

Because the only way to lose weight is by following his ‘challenge’ right?

I don’t understand why people are still supporting him after seeing his true colours?
 
His whole behaviour around charlotte is concerning to me she hasn't said a thing and he is insistent they are still together showing the car etc just screams to me he probably been bullying her to get back together no doubt and she may have said something along the lines of maybe to get him off her back and he took that and run! He gives me the ick!

Controlling and manipulative behaviour. It was a while ago now but after the drunk lives, he had posted a picture of both of them on his story about them doing a live together. Don't know if it happened though or if he was just trying to create the illusion they are still together.

I remembered him saying that. I never saw the live happen though.

Nah I don't believe him saying they were back and she wanted on the down low it just werid and something definitely gone on as they were buying a new build one week then broke up the next! I hope she has him blocked on everything can see drunk phone calls coming 😂

The pulling out of the new build was really odd. He was all systems go and then all of a sudden it was going to take too long to build I think he said. Weird.

Pretty certain she had the dog living with her and would bring it when she came down for weekends.

Bet he's pissed off she is on the front and featured in the books as that wa sprobably part of the control he exerted over potentially leaving the relationship. The white car is still on the drive so assume it maybe was some business expense write off and if she's not going to be in his business she can't keep it. Wonder how long til Companies House gets yet another filing 😂

He did the stories and said that it would be the only time he would talk about the breakup and he'd not mention it ever again.
It was all amicable etc etc he said 🙄
Interestingly though she shared a story just after about dignity and rising above. Now let's hope she stays away from him.
 
They are both meal prepping today and the difference is stark.
Him. Prepping for two as he did before. Two weeks worth for him now then. And he's using all his book recipes and containers etc.
Her. Notebook. Handwritten. Three days. No mention of the books or brand. Generic plastic containers.
