You're absolutely spot on. He's only thinking of his own reality. He was ready to get onto the hard 75 himself right now and it became a money making option for him to bring others along. He's not got school holidays or an actual holiday etc to get in the way.
Even if I was minded to do this challenge and I'm not... I have a birthday, holiday and several business trips in the next 8 weeks. It would need a logistical miracle for me to stick to it and that's before my willpower is needed.
He would tell me it's just excuses 😂

Absolutely with you on this. He needs the rigidity and the discipline he demonstrates makes him feel successful and superior. Until he goes off on a bender 🤐 Whereas I can plan my dinner in the morning and by the time it comes around I won't want it and go for something else.
Success for me is defined by the people around me and living life. Not existing on water and meal preps.

So true! If he had more flexibility in his lifestyle he wouldn’t binge on booze and go on to rant on his Insta stories. Have a cheeky vimto once in a while pal!
 
As much as he's like "it's excuses that have got you into this mess" maybe he needs to look at himself. I don't want to resort to weight comments but he does look bigger than all his media photos and often has a huge kebab and fizzy drinks so clearly doesn't stick to the crap he's trying to force down everyone else's throat by basically telling them they're a tit person who has zero reason not to walk for 45 minutes "because Frank did it every day".
 
Well his Q&A didn’t go on as long as it usually does, perhaps that’s because he was cherry picking his questions??
I’m sure a lot would have questioned his recent behaviour/ smart mouth. Therefore, he made sure he threw in a ‘haters are going to hate’ statement 🤭 You really can read this man like a book now, just a shame the tripe he’s put on Tesco’s shelves isn’t as amusing!
 
Is it me or does this appear really rude? This could be a new follower who’s just bought the book (fool) why add the last sentence. Just say sorry it’s a publishing error

But he's been really productive today 😂. Garden, teeth etc etc. Still no sign of Charlotte. Send us a sign Charlotte.

Also, Charlotte’s car has been shown now a record number of times ‘in the background’ of various posts. Enough times for it to be pretty fricking obvious he’s doing it intentionally 🤭🙄

I’m calling bingo on that car having not moved since he asked for the keys back like a toddler having a tantrum

Very true. A sugary drink and a protein bar for you when you get to call bingo! If she had been there, we'd have seen proof because he'd have posted it for sure.
