So he's giving up alcohol for good. He acknowledged what it does to him. Still no real apology - just that the lives he has done show why.
 
Only just caught this mornings videos... Its quarter past 6 and everyone else in the street is in bed asleep... So I'm going to walk down the road talking into my phone loudly because I'm considerate like that 🙄

Also the noise of him smacking his lips together when he talks is driving me insane 😂

Tell me you're bothered that people are calling you out on your bullshit without telling me:

What actually makes him think he’s qualified to run a ‘8 week challenge’ he’s not a nutritionist? Not a dietitian? Yes he’s lost weight and has done really well to keep it off - but he’s not a super fit gym bunny/personal trainer, or certainly doesn’t look like one.
He’s literally become ‘insta famous’ for helping people meal prep.
and John is you’re reading here, I am definitely not jealous, I wish you would just drop the ‘I’m better than you’ complex.

Absolutely. The purpose being to get others to sign up to his additional payment services.
I'm certainly not jealous. He's made an arse of himself again and he's read some comments that sting his pride.

He’s desperately trying to repair his reputation. Unfortunately I think a lot of people will have been put off. The market is saturated with cook books/IG Pages like his now.
 
I've blocked him honestly why drunks shouldn't run a company. There never accountable for there actions the way he talk about Charlotte was shocking. I really hope she moves on she deserves so much more than him. His business will go down the pan he's only sorry because he's been caught out. I'll miss franks stories but not worth listening to his shite

Definitely trying to repair his reputation.
It’s been none stop ads and none stop sprouting about his “free 8 week challenge” these past few days, that isn’t really free, you have to pay a subscription fee but gain access to a Facebook group?! A fecking Facebook group for £7.99 a month 😂 The man is delusional to think the haters are jealous, nah, we’re just not as green as we are cabbage looking!
I also don’t think Charlotte is back, I think he keeps implying “we” because he’s that pig headed, arrogant and self righteous that he genuinely thinks she will come back, just like she always has. I think it was a photo she posted of Frank at the weekend wishing him happy birthday and that she wasn’t there in person and long May she continue to stay away for her own sanity and reputation. The man is insufferable, I think it speaks volumes that we never see him with any friends, only Frank!

I agree. I don't think it's anything more than the fact that the books and merch are carrying her image and story. They've contractual obligations etc etc.
She still lives at her home, still does her day job. She's maintaining a thin layer of contact to do what she has to.
He's hard work. His way or no way. Inflexible and only cares about his own feelings. He's probably reading this 👋. Will say I'm jealous and I'm seeing him succeed where I am not. He can keep telling himself that.
 
I’m glad Frank received some cards for his birthday. It’s a shame John was too drunk to make the request on Instagram in time for his actual birthday though. It looks like he’s had a delivery of around 25-30 cards and this makes me wonder….
Nobody has an issue to Frank, seems a genuinely nice bloke, so if Johns request generated this amount of cards for his birthday, I really doubt Mr arrogant himself got ‘hundreds and hundreds’ of messages of support when he apologised for being a knob.
