I was going to say 18 litres! Omg 😂😂. But yes that’s still an awful lot. I drink about 3 litres a day, but I only sleep 2-3 hours a night so awake more than most 😂

He must be either having some sort of breakdown or he’s gotten too big an ego.
 
I’ve followed him for a while. Like many other influencers, the minute the money starts rolling in the content changes 🙄. He frequently posts on his stories that him and Charlotte have split, to only reappear after a while with no mention. It seems Charlotte is a success in her own right, both in terms of her weight loss achievements and the following she has. This lady does not need to be associated with this man.
Having observed for a while and with the recent Live rants/responses to people, I’m wondering whether he is in some sort of crisis or has the mask slipped? If it is a genuine crisis then he needs help. Although It’s not the first time he’s been unkind. Back in April he was slagging off his followers for simply asking questions about his recipes?! Not a nice man in my opinion…..

That’s just so rude! Certainly not a daft question either.
 
I followed John very many years ago due to his own weightless plus he was local to me so thought nice to show support, I soon unfollwed way back then due to his nastiness and arrogance, I know a few people who know of him personally not good opinions on him and he had always been this way, it seems the mask has definitely slipped. I refollowed as he released first book thinking poor Charlotte may have had a positive influence on him but that is obviously not the case. I felt there was always something underhand about the way he spoke to her/about her as if shes an object he could use for his business.
Anyway mask has slipped, he's not changed vile creature, hope he gets what he deserves

Absolutely, the little digs towards her. He's very quiet at the moment, I suspect he'll either be sulking or being promted from some form of management to come up with some kind of apology / excuse for his recent actions.
 
He used to post on a fitness group on Facebook before all his success with the books and he got called out for being arrogant. Someone on that group called him out on a guy with the same name from the same town, same age, who had a horrible history with women. Easy to find on a Google search.
I have no idea if it's the same man as it's a common name but he was very defensive in this group.
I started following him on Instagram and realised it's the same guy from years ago. I was suprised he'd been so successful but pleased for him.

Seeing these recent lives just shows his attitude to women is awful. Constantly calling out his ex for being fat, assuming his followers are single mothers with kids by different dads just by looking at their pictures.
I hope he never gets to publish another book.

Yes I had a quick nosey and he was talking about the cost of dental work! Regarding the other John Clarke who pops up if you Google I'm not sure what to make of it. Bolton is a small city population wise so could easily be two JC's of the same age. But if it's put to him and it's not him he should be denying it straight out not snapping.

I missed the first live but I saw the second 2, it does look like a welfare check was done by the police and I heard the can open too.

He doesn’t look well, his eyes were very glazed and he’s obviously really struggling.
 
He doesn't look well and I do feel sympathy due to Frank but then again I can't tell how much of it is manipulation if charlotte decided to leave.

I did someresearch last night after I posted that and he is from the same small area of Bolton as the article but again I don't know if it's the same person. In the fitness group when it was bought up he was very much 'don't believe what you read in papers' and 'it's not what it seems', 'I'm a changed man'. So who knows but from his recent lives he seems very derogatory towards women and a previous poster said he treats Charlotte like an object.
 
The situation with Frank must be heart breaking for him and I understand that but that does not give him the right to use the awful language he used to so many people the way he was talking to a 15 Yr old girl was disgusting and God help him if it had been my daughter, calling her a woman a mess a scruff, honestly was disgusting.
On one of the lives someone mentioned he has children that he has nothing to do with, sure at least one daughter was mentioned.
The awful arrogance has always been there, he sometimes posts on our local town group in replies and he's horrid then, derogatory comments, just not a nice person
 
I watched. Had to be up early and happened to catch it all. As did over 2k others! He was all over the place and is clearly in need of support. Some concerns about him being on drugs he saud. But he kept saying in repeat that he never would. He's been quiet ever since. I told my partner and said that as soon as he wakes up this will all be deleted from Instagram and that's exactly what happened. It's gone, as is that post where he missed a pint of water from the 75 day challenge and had chosen to go back to day one. I looked the challenge up at the time. It's quite well known and many say it can impact your wellbeing in negative ways, even though you go into it looking for the positives. I hope he gets the support he clearly needs. I think Frank giving up treatment has knocked him sideways. Buying motor bikes. Pushing himself to challenges. And next to no meal prep being shared.
