People with addiction will only get help when they want to. You can’t force it. He’s abusive and violent, it’s best to watch and monitor from afar.

I don’t even want an apology tbh … I’ve had my refund for the books and I won’t follow him again …. He doesn’t impact on my life in the slightest …. He’s a narcissistic man and a bully for those he’s targeted through following him or taking money of ppl then slagging those ppl off
He will hit the ground hard eventually hopefully

Nobody can help him but himself and right now he doesn’t think he needs any help and thinks he is perfectly fine.

IF he does apologise it doesn’t mean anything as he had said himself every thing he has said has been “true”. A narcissist person with never see fault in themselves, everyone else around them is to blame.

He's so far up his own arse he has absolutely no sense of reality anymore.

After his behaviour over the last few months i truely hope no other companies are willing to work with him and he has no one to blame but himself for that.
 
Could people who are in that gold Facebook group end up going to the ombudsman about it? I think you complain to the business first of all, then if you haven’t heard back in 8 weeks or are dissatisfied with their response you can then send the complaint in to the ombudsman. The business gets charged £500 for every complaint the ombudsman gets about them (although this may be just big businesses?)

not 100% sure on any of this so feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, partner used to work for the ombudsman but not sure if things have changed

Has he really just gone live with coke all down his face?!

His face does look a lot worse there seems to be new bruises and cuts I don’t know what anyone else thinks?

I’m just looking at the end screen when the live ended, why’s his face all blotchy like somethings been thrown on his face and then run down it and pooled at the top of his lip?

No he paused it then ended it after a few seconds...

He looks awful, but hes been non stop drinking, he will be puffy from all the water retention, its amazing what it can do to your appearance, remember what Michelle Heaton looed like before rehab
