100% his recent comments about failing on that 75 hard challenge are aimed at Charlotte, why else would he bother to comment. He’s not doing it so why post about it? Whether you agree with it or not she’s done an amazing job sticking to it, I know I couldn’t and neither could he. I just don’t understand why anyone would buy into anything he sells. He’s not selling anything original or doing anything original.

I also think it sums him up nicely that he gives a tit about 'the rules' and failure. I didn't see him get the book out at any point in the last few months and talk about the reasons behind it or share the aims and expected outcomes of the 75 days. Zero shits given for that because he's a bell end.
I think the next few days will be telling. She should be proud, she done miles better than him and now he’s trying to tear her down! He’s openly went on about Charlotte doing the 75 day challenge and how it’s the only thing motivating her over the past few weeks and now this, problem is, he’ll never see his behaviour is wrong. There he’s back trying to push sales this morning, mr “my haters make me rich”

He loves to talk in riddles like that doesn't he. There's a smug sense of superiority there. He thinks it's clever to make these statements. Most people see through it though and see him for the narcissistic bully he is.I think the next few days will be telling. Just watched :/ Hopefully this is the last time he addresses it. I think it would reflect better on him if he didn't mention the 75 day hard challenge, it makes him seem very petty. We all have a hard time when we break up and of course we say petty things in private to friends or family, but expressing it on social media doesn't do wonders for his public image. Just catching up on his stories from the past 24 hours. "I'm at Yamaha now with my mate, who I bought the other Yamaha for". Other than a brag, was there any need to mention that?!
Also all that chat about Charlotte and her "failing" the 75 day challenge. "I don't make the rules" then shut the duck up and stop commenting on what she is doing when it is
none ofyourbusiness. You keep saying you're not together and it's because she had no drive etc to get up early then just leave her the hell alone. Jesus. He even said the other day that if people struggle to get up they're lazy. How about people who are night owls, don't sleep properly, have illnesses that affect sleep, shift workers.. Are they all lazy too? He's so preachy and judgemental it's insane. I really hope his publishers are seeing what type of person he is. He really shouldn't continue to be given the audience he has been as he's a vile man.

There's always a subtext with him. Just a few weeks ago he explained the break up and vowed it was a one off. And he's not stopped talking about her since!
He can't let go can he.
I hope her story wasn't for his benefit but do think that without resorting to his level it's all she's got.

Tell me about it, I started following him for meal prep inspo initially but there’s so many recipes online that cost nothing to get,
His containers were so over priced so these will be too no doubt, ill stick to my home bargains cookware and ikea glass containers
