There is already a brilliant meal prep service/shop near to him that does amazing. lovely lads who would never speak about people and treat customers as that vile narcissist does

I am convinced he thinks by selling meal prep franchises he's unique. But I mean come on... Its hardly Maccies is it?!
Would love to see him on Dragons Den. They'd eat him alive 🤣🤣🤣
Delusions of grandeur. And even if a miracle did occur and the success grew....all of this stuff he's said online will come back to haunt him. But then his reputation is already ruined after last months lives... No one will touch him now. Toxic.

Oh I would love to see him on Dragons Den too 😂😂😂. But apparently he doesn’t need them, hmmmmm more like he’s scared shitless as they would absolutely destroy him.

Did anyone else see him going on about 75 hard again - I think he’s gaslighting/taunting Charlotte as she is nearly done. He’s saying the “rules” say you can’t do both sets of exercise one after the other which she does as she works 9-5 🙄 he’s such a p*ick. He’s not doing it himself so why else keep speaking about that shi**y book?

I did think the same when I seen it, also going on about pre order and spending 100k on containers (doubtful), I get the impression he’s worried about income after his lives, he goes in about money at the best of times but he’s really been pushing for sales this week. Hope he’s back on the lorry’s soon so he can stop spouting rubbish all over social media. I have a nutritionalist and everything John says to his followers is the opposite to what I’ve ever been told, think I’ll listen to the guy with the qualifications🤣

To put it as I see it... Rant ahead.... Because he's a total bell end.
Passive aggressive bull tit flies out of his mouth. When he's not boasting about his business he's bragging about it. Though I can't see why tbh.
And when he's not having a dig at 'lazy' people he's sharing his overbearing opinions - latest example - on the Facebook group someone asked about using the oven less and maybe an airfryer more. All he could go on about was no way could he have the loss of counter top space to it. And then threw in his unqualified opinion about how no way would they cost less to run in a year than a conventional oven. They both just blow about hot air he said. Newsflash - he's the one full of hot air ... Some of us are watching the pennies right now to pay our bills. I bought my airfryer and the outlay is already clawed back on the electricity bill. For the simple reason I don't have to wait 20 mins at considerable cost now for the electric oven to warm and the airfryer has loads of functions and all food cooks in much less time. Whichever function it uses.
He was rude and aggressive as usual in those comments. He's a twit. I wonder why I follow him but then realise its like a car crash unfolding. You know you shouldn't look but instincts take over.
Looking forward to Charlotte unveiling the results she's worked hard for which is the best 'duck you' She can give him and his Audi taking self inflated sense of importance ego.
I feel better now 🤣🥴
Back to being lazy and having no goals for me now John 👋

I saw this and thought that was the only point :( Bit of a shame really as he's doing the 8 week challenge now so no reason to bring it up otherwise in such a pointed way with the book. I don't follow him for his meal prep, I found his account during lockdown before his first book was even scheduled to come out. I really enjoyed the fact that he was so active and chatty, going on walks etc. I like the lifestyle content the best if I'm honest and I hope he gets back to his old self and focuses on that!
 
Why is he so angry? I agree with the post above I used to enjoy following him but he is being horrible I actually think this is showing domestic abuse tendencies (coercive and controlling behaviour)

He’s definitely bitter about Charlotte. She’s stunning and he was absolutely punching being with her. I can imagine he’s an absolute nightmare to know. He seems a loner, apart from Frank there is never anyone else shown, he literally lives for TMPK. No social life etc.

Couldn't agree with you more. Passively and aggressively directed at Charlotte. Despite the fact that she's sod all to do with him now. Move on.
He can't tho. I left coercive control and despite leaving, it got worse before it got better.
