How does he have the nerve to post this after the blowout he boasts about!

Makes a change tho from boiler and bloody dog posts that he's obsessed with!

Why does he sound so aggressive to his dog complaining how spoiled he is but he's the only one giving him all the crap! It's not his fault! You can see the dog is nervous that he is going to be heavy handed with him that it's no surprise he keeps his distance.
 
Haha £14.99 because he has no publisher and he has no book shops to sell them in apart from his website and Amazon account. This means you pay for your own postage haha. A meal prep planner from a guy that is fat, has his own weight issues, doesn’t exercise and doesn’t meal prep! 😂👍🏽 good one!
 
I have taken a look and I don't think the book will last six months of daily use as the cover seems quite flimsy. A few months in and it will start to look like a burst mattress through daily use.
Genuine question... What does it do that the app doesn't? Compliment it or repeat some of it?
 
Can't believe he thinks someone is gonna lug that around in their handbag.
Seemed mainly empty pages to write in. Can't
see anyone taking that around a supermarket or robust enough to have in the kitchen!
 
The meal prep binge kid! All he does is binge eat in unlimited amounts and eats tit! How he promotes and sells a healthy life is beyond words! He is clueless when it comes to nutrition!

Don’t follow him for meal prep inspiration because you won’t get it! Your just following dog spam and greed/lies!

It's irritating to me for sure. Had to stop watching. As is the mixed messages of get up and start boss babing at 5am (hard day of choosing paper and the like) but also lounge in and get up late... He would say balance. I see inconsistent.
 
Would love to know how he is earning a living! He seems to have so much spending money but doesn’t work a right lot! I can’t see his sales being a lot? This whole new alcohol journey he is going on, I personally feel it’s for a new direction and new engagement for new things to come in terms of he is trying that hard to get noticed, now he did this with the weightloss bullshit, he didn’t even lose 9st! He has always lied to be where he has got to, even before Penguin took the bite, he was desperate! He said he was drunk throughout all his years of social media, nahhhh! Don’t believe it. Yeah I believe he ate a lot of tit, he only meal prepped for content, and he may of had a drink but this is just another false claiming story that he is manifesting into a journey just like his bills hit weightloss journey, buying NEW followers as he goes along, let’s face it since he was dropped he has gained about 300-400k followers in about 4-5 months? What’s he done? Bought a dog! Of which we see on every story, if not him flicking his hands through his hair saying “excuse the hair” now, he’s buying a new Audi as well in June! Hmmmm, now either he is claiming for his alcoholism abuse or some tax dodging is going on perhaps! I don’t know but who ever buys from this fool needs to do there homework!

Yeah, it’s intriguing, not sure where his income is being generated from. Not as if he’s a well know brand ?!

With regards to his narrative, the whole alcohol thing is something I’ve had issue with for a while. I’ve said it before, I don’t recall ever thinking he was drunk on the lives he used to post way back when. I totally get that alcoholics are great at hiding things (from professional experience) but from doing his meal preps and his walks with Charlotte I never got that impression 🤔

Having seen his fall from grace I’m more inclined to think this is just another way to try and gain sympathy and more followers. It’s just another possible direction he take his account (probably waiting to see what’s most responsive)

Absolutely!!! It’s like when he had collabs with people like the meat man, other meat companies, he wasn’t to pissed then was he? Going to bury market, advertising the veg shop, giving shout outs to his freebie companies he got his stuff from! It’s just another ploy to start another journey to gain validation and sympathy as you said because he lost everything for being such a cock and basically his true self!
Anyone for meal prep Sunday? Ohhhh wait….he won’t be doing anything until the app comes out and then he will be plugging like there’s no tomorrow! His excuse this week….he had tattoo removal done and that his arm hurt! Poor thing. His competition today let’s see if the giveaway happens! 🙄
