He talks absolute claptrap! Can’t see himself as a park bench alcoholic etc so can’t call himself one - omg there’s many different people from all walks of life that are alcoholics - u r one TMP🍆!! Face it!

And no your life is tit - u r lonely, have zero family , lost your kids and lost Charlotte and still haven’t bought a home with all the money u profess to have made!! You only measure your success in the mildly successful TMP🍆 books/Tupperware that u rip people off with. What is your mediocre money any good for if you have nothing or no one else in your life. In real terms you are very poor!

I don't even know if I believe he was an alcoholic! Don't get me wrong he definitely drinks too much at times, when life wasn't going to plan etc and I truly believe he's not 6 months sober (wish we could prove this) but by claiming he was an alcoholic means he has an excuse for those vile vile vile vile lives! I could be completely wrong obviously but I just think he's used it as a get out clause!! Xx

It’s a defo a get out Claus! It’s a story he is trying to persuade his new audience with for likes and to bullshit there minds and make out that he is inspirational! He’s duck all apart from a desperate bent tooth prick that’s lied through his back teeth that much, even they are missing, 🤣, if he was that much drunk over the years and he hid it well, what about all the trips to franks, trips to the markets, the times he was with Charlotte (even she hasn’t said anything) all the stories over the years, lost count of how many kebabs and she he has eaten, but still it’s just another cover up to make a story up for forgiveness for the lives and make it out of you put all the things together when he talks about his daughters, Frank, the drink, his uncontrolled weight journey, his story about his shoulder why he can’t exercise, his family, tbh there is to much to mention but he wants to be someone he isn’t on social media because he is a very lonely sad man!
I never believe a word out of his mouth, a true influencer will provide evidence, share progress, share helpful information, have a lot more people skills, have respect for there audience, and just be true full throughout. The guy is nearly 16st, has bigger tits than me, is constantly on a weightloss journey, has a bad relationship with food, has no health and nutritional education, is not certified, lies to his audience, cons them out of money, and his arrogance/ego is unbelievable!

Personally, I agree. I’ve said this before, prior to him showing his absolute true self on IG I followed his page relentlessly. Never, ever, did I think there was an issue with his consciousness. In all those months (could have been a year plus, can’t quite remember) there was never an inkling for me to think there was something amiss.
He was CONSTANTLY online, stories every few hours or so, posting his meal preps etc. to build his engagement and following.
So, this is where I have issue, him saying he’s had issues with alcohol for so long I think is bullshit.
He’s defo a problematic drinker and can’t control himself if what he’s said is true. But I take issue with some of the things he’s said about his drinking. Knowing him, it’s all probably a smoke screen and an excuse to gain more followers and increase sympathy!

I need to disagree and say from experience that alcoholics are secretive and deceptive. I've been here to see this for real. For every bottle drunk in front of you there's more you don't see, they drink it in secret. Functional alcoholism is real and means they often fool people. Even those living in the same household. They hold down a job etc. But every so often their resolve fails and they go on a complete bender and we all saw this happen here.

I do agree though that he now seems to be using the return from the benders as some sort of redemption arc. Seeking praise and new followers to fill the gaps in his life. He's got a need to demonstrate success to followers and receive attention and flattery. To be seen as someone to admire.

Whatever he says to the contrary, he's one very unhappy person. The real him is still right there though, as it has been all along, being kept just out of sight, behind a mask.
 
He’s got 2 stone to lose and isn’t meal prepping this weekend? Why doesn’t he do what he preaches - total hypocrite! It’s becoming all about his drinking and the damned dog! Yes the dog is better looking and has a better personality but really!!
 
Anyone watch the lives? I believe he mentioned Charlotte a lot and said that he was in touch with her and they are working on things as a couple and that he has a team forming now for the brand “TMPK” and she is apart of it!
Now I don’t care what they do with their lives but this man should not be anywhere near the fitness industry.

I hope Charlotte isn't involved with him but that does explain the poll
 
She will lose all credibility if she goes back to him and tbh she does put content up every day and is consistent too. She’s always showing some new products, going to gym , exercises, engagement and what she thinks of new foods as well as new menus - she may not speak but tbh that would be better for him if he didn’t !! He likes the sound of his voice too much but if they do get back together that’s me out! I have no respect for him but certainly wouldn’t have any for her if she allows herself to be manipulated to go back to him! He’s been told on the poll it would be bad idea yet sadly he thinks he’s gods gift !

He's also prone to the odd visit to fantasy Island so may be making it up as he goes along. I really hope she's not going backwards because she need to look ahead!
 
Firstly it may of been said on here a few times that Charlotte was long gone! However I never believed such thing. No matter what happens John will always make himself sound bigger and better than everyone else and will always get his way with lies, and bullshit! Do you here top chefs, influencers, and respectable people talking about there business plans, money and things that there audience don’t need to know about. As for Charlotte, she will lose alot of respect but suppose it’s her life, choice and she only knows herself how she feels, we can all have our opinions but one thing for sure anyway I never would look at these two or the TMPK for fitness and health advice anyway, I only follow for the drama and laughs but am concerned for the people that are getting misled and conned! If there was something or somebody you could report him by id be there instantly but that’s how tit the industry is! People get away with it rotten! I don’t see how a guy, working with another guy that also has weight issues, that does no exercise, that constantly does not meal prep and makes excuses not to prep, only preps for content as he clearly said and not health reasons, that has no idea how to shop himself, that is always eating kebabs and crap, that drinks energy drinks like water, that is the size of a mammoth himself and has bigger tits than myself, and is constantly yo yo dieting, and a poor role model for every person that struggles themselves, I wouldn’t go near him for advice on ANYTHING! Yet give him money! It just baffles my bleeping head, and I can’t believe people fall for his bullshit! He deletes all truth comments about him and all he is interested in is numbers, profit and himself! Someone that has over 2million followers haha. Can’t even hit 100 views on his lives the boring bleep! Don’t brag about your following mate that you bought, sit on your computer pretending to work whilst talking half an hour about a pink strobe light you paid £180 for! YOU BORING BORING BORING bleep!
 
He is absolutely trying to manipulate responses from this thread. 💯 %. The sad thing is, he is the sad one who is living his life and fueling his confidence through tattle… yes tattle my friends. We are all his engagement here and we are giving him content to use. As for Charlotte, surely that girl must feel free. The public shaming and abuse he’s give her. She must realise he has the emotional intelligence of a sesame seed. Her content is ticking along nicely. Nice is good. TMP🍆 is so lacking in content apart from the haters, containers, the odd shop and his furry little buoy 😂. I don’t see his lives assuming they are on Instagram #blocked but if they are anything like his TikTok they are so boring. Not one single thing of interest. TMP🍆 is very sadly living in the past. He’ll be the same in 5 years. His life will not change. He’ll still be sitting in his rented (no disrespect intended) home, he’ll still be going on about haters, he’ll most probably still be single and he’ll need to get rid of his motor bike to save paying storage on his overpriced Tupperware. His still a cheeky 🍆. I loved the photo above “still a c*nt” Made me laugh so much. I think many of the people bigging him up are not genuine and maybe just lonely looking for some connection with TMP🍆 similar to people who write to bad people in prison. Just maybe. Totally agree, he comes on here 100%! Tbh I’ve been wanting to come away from here for a while now but the frustration of him just conning people real bugs me! I quite happily leave him be now as I know I won’t be the vulnerable person giving him any of my hard earned money.
If you could report him tomorrow I would, but you can’t but as you said it won’t change, it won’t last and one day his empire will come crashing down!!! 💯
 
Tbh I hope he does read this as it’s the only place for home truths that he can’t block or delete!! He still won’t or says he won’t watch his drunken abusive lives so this is the only place where we can voice and critique his lack of content, professionalism as a health influencer, the lies he tells,the buying of false followers (how desperate!) and the copying of recipes! There’s a reason why other popular instagrammers stay clear of him and don’t repost and why he has no sponsorship deals and he needs to learn his craft rather than thinking he’s the next entrepreneur Andrew Tate like character - (look where that’s got him!!) He targets the very people that have nothing and rips them off with copied recipes and expensive Tupperware. He probably wants to get back with Charlotte just to nick her new recipes!!! He’s done none! Read this matey buoy and listen!!
 
So do we think Charlotte is back in on a collab with him ? She’s very silent , never mentions him , posts photos or hints at anything that they are still in contact . Do we think that’s because she knows there’ll be a backlash from it ?
he publicly humiliated her , talked about their sex life , how much she ate , how she heavily filters her photos . He purposely posted those photos of her on the bike because he knew they made her look bad . He purposely put that poll up for engagement , as if people make life decisions off the back of strangers opinions
Because of the silence from her it’s starting to look like stalking , harassment & his narcissistic tendencies are showing . He probably tortured her behind the scenes
The man has absolutely nothing in his life except his own ego that takes up enough room .
When him and Charlotte were together he had content because he went places , you seen meal prep every Sunday etc now all he has is the dog .
I really hope she isn’t going back to him or he’ll use her as a marketing tool again . Remember he’s the reason she lost weight cause he’s so god like
 
Looks like later on we’ll be treated to another regurgitated photo from 2020 to make people think he’s meal prepped today . Along with some motivational shite while in reality he’s knee deep in wine bottles . Because technically the weekend is when he’s get his highest viewing figures where people want to start the week fresh yet he goes awol every weekend
 
Ohh no surprises there he’s going down the evangelical “I can stop your addictions route” rather than the harder work of cook/dietician/menu producing etc - he’s gonna spout how he can turn ur life around as he has done his!!! Swapped drink for food and gained 2 stone hmmm! That’s just 6 months of not drinking he’s got a way to go yet!!
