I only managed to listen to 10 mins of the podcast . But has he a problem with his memory ? Why did he blame franks death on his spiralling with alcohol and for the insta lives ? Frank was very much alive when all that happened ! In fact I remember people asking him on those lives who was looking after frank !

, such a role model eh! The guy that is always motivating and dedicated yet he fails to stick to his own goals yet he expects others to “buy his books and Tupperware and set their own intentions” haha duck off you complete spanner!
As for the poll about Charlotte! Have some bleeping respect as if her life and choices is in your hands!!! I do think they are in contact tho!
I think the planner was apart the contract when penguin did the books but after the lives I think they fucked him off and it would be the case he will have the books that were printed and he will be selling them himself! That’s my opinion anyway. the guy is a walrus!

And it shows how greedy he is! My food shop is around £120 and that's for me, hubby and my 2 kids!! He didn't need to spend that much, he's basically done that because he can afford it and to make a story as he has nothing interesting to talk about!

Bloody dog milk what a mug! He doesn’t need that if he’s having a decent diet. TMP - love that ! That was my first thought - look at the price of your glass dishes !! They aren’t essential at all to lose weight or indeed for batch cooking - look at what the batch lady does with flat packed ziplocks etc - but nope he keeps plugging away at them - that some poor sods are going to buy them when they can’t really afford them!

Wtf. My food shop is less than £100 and that’s for me, husband and 2 kids as well. What a pathetic greedy fat twit! @gogogal absolutely bang on with what you said with him conning people himself! We all know his recipes are from google and the publishers and not his! He winds me up rotten! Why aren’t people commenting on it! I don’t understand.

Let's not forget he was preaching to everyone recently about his £20 meal prep and how you could meal prep on very little with some creativity. This is many people's weekly reality yet 'buy buy buy' his products is all he's said recently. What cost of living crisis? Buy his books and containers.

I listened to the majority of the podcast. Out of sheer curiosity as to why these people had even given him the platform to spout his drivel…..
Overall, it was painful to listen to and I actually laughed out loud at certain things he said.
Losing his children, losing his contracts, sponsorships, his relationship, they were all a small price to pay apparently. Him realising he needed to stop drinking to save his own life was far more important - yikes! Poor, poor children. I hope they get to hear what he’s said one day and then can find peace in the knowledge that this spitefully selfish man has been kept out of their lives for a very good reason.
He claims he isn’t an alcoholic because he doesn’t like “labelling” himself - Erm, hello “Meal Prep King”
Stated he was somewhat in control of his drinking and just knew it had to stop??
The whole thing was really contradictory, one minute he’s validating his reasons for being on the podcast in the first place, then the next, claiming he’s disciplined and can achieve what he wants when he puts his mind to it?! Adding that he’s done it all before, had months off the booze in preparation for something, then once he’s achieved his “goal” he gets absolutely off his tits again - because he can.
Even the hosts didn’t sound convinced by the end of it, inviting him back to talk again after bring sober for a full year instead. To be fair, you could also tell the relentless talking over them and butting in before they’d finished talking was also pissing them off
.
I also don’t believe for one minute that he paid some random from the US £7.5k to coach him into sobriety either. One thing is for sure, he still likes to talk about how much money he’s got (or claims to have that is
).

It is the same old tit with this joker now, day in, day out. How many times does he feel the need to tell everyone what he has on his doorstep? And no John, the dog doesn’t hang off your every word like you think it does. It ran off after you’d told him to stay, but you quickly carried on talking to distract from this and save face.
His posts are also really peculiar, no regular meal prepping, or even cooking in general for that matter. Just the odd poached egg here and there whereby he tells us “it’s my absolute favourite” and proceeds to slit and squash the egg with his knife

There has been more lolling about in his office chair, patting down his tit hair and playing his tit music through his Bluetooth speaker. I do feel for his neighbours considering last week he revealed his house is semi-detached and not quite what he’s tried to portray…..
The food shop moaning today is also laughable, he’s spent over £30 within that shop on milk for the dog, protein drinks and energy drinks! There is also a number of items that he’s bought from the premium range so if you don’t want to pay more, buy the cheaper options. I’d like him to remove all the tit he’s chose to buy and price up all the raw meat and veg instead because he’s actually bought quite a lot, a massive tray of chicken, 2 packs of mince, pork fillet, burgers, sausages, turkey, bacon - and that’s all I could figure out, so possibly more.
He’s running out of content and clutching at straws now. Poor dog is going to get bathed and brushed to death
