I said previously that I'd be very, very wary if I was Sian, because if his money's drying up - and all signs points towards that very much being the case - he'll be worming his way into her finances in no time. More her family need to be wary, really, because frankly, I wouldn't trust her to run a bath by the fact she's happy to go along with this despite the numerous red flags. Not least the latest message about Charlotte today. Ditto the family of Frank's sister. He'll be trying every trick in the book. As for the comment about his kids - just utterly weird.
 
Does anyone think it weird that it was the bedroom with open staircase/mezzanine that sold the house to him?

Also moving for the garden…he says…..but doesn’t say it’s south/west facing etc and normally it’s the living space that u spend more time in so more important than the bedroom!
Semi detached/no garage /no loft/no space for fridge….pity whoever buys the other side!
Someone asked for development name ….we already have that

House isn’t even built but has he checked the drainage on his spot ? What if it’s just as bad as where he is .
someone needs to ask nearer the time where he’s going to store his motorbike

His spelling is that bad I am having to translate it first in my head ! MorTgage goes against the grain for him as he thinks he’s Andrew Tate and can flip an investment and create £180k out of £50k in a year ….ofc didn’t do that as then he wouldn’t need a mortgage…. Or be talking about shared ownership….also thinks a house won’t go up in value- tbf he could devalue a house with his interior style!!

My favourite question and answer was about the lack of prep.. He said the time it takes to record the meal prep is prohibitive - my word not his and I'm not even a Sunday Times best seller - here's an idea. Just take photos. Much quicker. Problem solved. Solutions JtC. That's what you need. Not trying to baffle with 💩🐂

He’s now changed his excuse from the garden being rubbish to it ‘being in the wrong area’. He really has been on an absolute rollercoaster today eh? Why has he suddenly decided to fulfil Frank’s wishes of buying a house now? Why not 18 months ago? Could it be because he’s talking out of his backside? I’m starting to think he’s struggling more than we thought. Throwing a bet out there that his holiday will also join the Rolex, the fancy coat and the motorbike in Make Believe World.
 
Tbf probate can take 6 months and only then the bungalow could be sold and then he got his money. The holiday is a weird one - long flights, only been with S a few weeks. and not sure whether he can swim or what activities he will do and altho will have got a deal flying mid week still a bit mad to spend when house buying!
 
Ok 18 months pushing it, but by his own admission he’s had that money ‘put to one side’ for a while now. Why would somebody so materialistic look to downsize? And he looks to get a mortgage just as he gets with Sian. Convenient.

He’s had that money for a while now imo, hence the car upgrade on finance, sustaining the rent on his clinical showy house, Scotland jaunt, fancy Apple computer set up etc etc. Would love to see his actual numbers - I reckon the app will be at a net loss after how much he spent on development, physical books can’t be anything to write home about, maybe a bit on ebooks. Certainly not enough to cover his spending splurges and rent. And we know he puts a bit on credit cards. Fascinating to watch his ever changing excuses for moving too - what will it be today??
