I'm laughing at the mortgage advisor looking him up. You just know that he's put his occupation as (sunday times best selling) author. They'll need to Google him and scroll to see everything. The Guardian article about his misogyny isn't far down!
 
I am literally thinking he’s gonna have to get a job - you know a 9-5 one….everyone has different budgets, income etc but his constant boasting of how he had more money in the bank than he knew what to do with and how he was sooo rich has all unravelled.

Am wondering unless he has a serious gambling addiction that one of our members suggested he had, he has some kind of imposters syndrome with the Motorbike, Rolex “purchasing”, Canada goose jacket, Maldives etc. That he wants to display success that he thinks he has but the bank account says otherwise.

I think it will put off a lot of prospective customers that he’s really not very successful or careful with his money? His addictive personality traits gone from smoking/weed to food to gambling alongside aggression and arrogance yet seems he has nothing to show for it! Instead the inheritance from an elderly friend is all he has to show for it.
 
It's no coincidence he's pushing the ebooks again. A quick, easy source of cash with no paper choices or trip from China.

I remember on the lives, when he unravelled he spoke of the hundreds of thousands he had been paid for the books deal. He kept saying he would show the bank statements but never did.
He's all smoke and mirrors and very little cash flow.

It's also possible he did buy the Rolex. Plus a bike for him (it's only served purpose was to use the pics to humiliate C) and the same bike he bought, he had already bought for a mate and wanted one of his own. It all adds up and drains the cash reserve. Same with the upfront costs of an app and self publishing the third book.
Did he have to buy his books back from the publisher to self sell on Amazon? I doubt they just handed them over free.
It's no wonder he's needed a mortgage.

He will have to show 3 months of bank statements too! Would love to see those. No social life but the money has gone somewhere and presumably he still pays child maintenance for the youngest.

Am wondering if he changes tac unless the brekkie books are already ordered and turns it into an e-book to get money asap and obvs capture the worldwide market that he’s going to lose if physically produces the book
 
As he’s self employed it will be his accounts they’ll need. I’d imagine it will be pretty intense application process. Time will tell. He should have a mortgage in principle while they do a deep dive into his cash, income, spending habits…. overall affordability. He won’t be able to bluff his way with this.

Yep it is full on and a limited number of lenders too for self employed. The builders don’t wait either - they want to see the mortgage offer with the reservation fee last time we bought new.
 
Sometimes when I’m bored being a scruffy single parent with a 9-5 I like to go back over his posts to see if he’s slipped some comments in under the radar . Here are todays findings
Apparently if your on a budget , that’s just an excuse
He’s had his meal prep containers 6 years
Then says he’s had them 7 despite the fact they only came out in 2020
He meal preps because he’s building an EMPIRE directly from his rented house with only himself to do it

Ooh telling replies! But also Q’s he’s made up himself no doubt ….

1. Bad Credit score ….well unless was planning on changing it - not surprised - it would be very limiting and indicative of a streasful life eg debt, missed payments, too many loans etc

2.wont marry rather a new kitchen?!! He has a new kitchen coming and u can get married in a registry office and he has no one to invite and no alcohol bill so would be cheap!

3.going to Mealprep this weekend 🥱🥱. Been saying that for ages and u food shopped ages ago - will be off by now!

4. His attraction is that he can laugh at people bringing him down. Well that’s a bf u want to be able to show off isn’t it ??? Not! Her family and friends must be mortified!!

5.lovely for S that he’s still C’s biggest fan ….how will she ever compete with that?!!!

Scrolling through my insta and see a video on ladbible with a swimming instructor throwing the young kids into the pool to teach them how to swim. Click on the comments and low and behold JtC is up there..
Of course has to start his comment with talking about himself in true JtC style but then says 'I'm not that keen on kids'?! When your a parent

He genuinely believes any publicity is good publicity doesn't he.
It took C years to see the light. I wonder how long it will take S? That said, she's welcome to him if she can't see past the myriad 🚩 already there. It saves some other poor unsuspecting females crossing his nasty path.
 
Why can’t he spell !!!!!! It really grates on me that he won’t take the time to correct it ! It’s his shop front & every single reply is littered with spelling mistakes
Can’t wait for meal prep Sunday to see what video he regurgitates to pretend he’s done it . Won’t be able to do that when he moves into his new house because the fridge doesn’t fit
