He's up late tonight watching bull tit reels and hating on overweight people. Standard Saturday night. I'll bet he even had a kebab supper. With an ice cream (tub) chaser.
Hard 75 JtC version coming up then tomorrow. No junk food, but he still allows all sorts in his version. How many days until he breaks and fails or simply gives up this time?

Even for this imbecile, it’s remarkable how he’s allowed a brand to be completely and utterly abandoned like this. Lost his book deals, no longer on Amazon, completely given up on the app, completely given up on even hawking his containers, hasn’t meal prepped in months, living off ready meals. He has nothing - no drive, no work ethic, no good ideas. alright saying ‘I have a million pounds worth of stock as security’ (lol) when that stock is worthless.

As highlighted above he’s delayed another tedious attempt at the ‘75 day hard’ because he’s got pissed last night and slept in. Probably forgot you have to do the cold showers too. Wonder if he’s doing a private group so he can channel in on any more vulnerable people and try to extract some cash because this is where we’re at with him now.

What happened to the app is it still going?
 
If the cold showers are as amazing as he says why is he not already doing them everyday? Why only do them on the ‘75 day hard challenge’?
Wonder what time the meal prep starts? Will have to complain about the price of a food shop first that will take a good couple of hours. Quick tip for you John before your food shop don’t buy processed, crap jars you can make a sauce quite easily and buy a big bag a rice that you have to cook, that’ll save you a few pennies.

He wouldn’t know what UPF stands for - that’s why fundamentally his idea of batching nutritious food is flawed and been overtaken by better, consistent,qualified health/fitness instagrammers.

I thought he was abandoning Mealprep tbh but then I forgot the branded Tupperware (so couldn’t even flog via Temu!!) so he needs to keep going with it until that has been flogged! Expect a carousel of constant Sale posts DFS style!

But he hasn’t even got off his sofa yet so don’t expect much today guys! Poor dogs desperately waiting for a walk whilst he pisses around with them!
 
Well if that was the case re cold showers Johnnieboy you would have been doing it daily regardless instead of perving online ….

So we should be meal prepping today in preparation for tomorrow but nope he’s too busy creating stupid fb groups . Which going by the numbers proves again that people don’t follow him for meal prep or weightloss or that group would be huge by now .

There is still no sign of the app on his website , I did manage to find it through the search bar . I’m not even sure what’s going on with the pricing

Hard 75 is a big commitment. Not something to do on a whim. It's no wonder take up is small on that group. I'd not be up for getting all close and personal with that knobber acting all Sargent Major just because he's seen the light for the 912th time since I've followed his circus.
He's a liability. What meal prep as predicted? !
And his app is being sold in Dirham currency. Something is definitely afoot with his site. It's all smoke and mirrors anyway but its even more chaotic and jumbled than usual right now.
Nc500 and hard 75 don't mix. His birthday next month. DR Strange’s visit, if its even still on.
And it's just as well a cold shower is like sex for him as its the only action this incel is getting.
