I remember her saying at the beginning of her cancer channel that she has been with the boyfriend (known now as Matt) for four years. I remember she said he is not into being on camera but then she started showing him to us slowly slowly.
Yes she does not seem sweet in her old videos. Kind of bratty? She always seemed 10 years younger than her real age due to her behaviour, interests, and mannerisms. Whilst her sister always had a good vibe. To me anyway.
She still has the same vapid interests today (btw who can talk so much and with so much excitement about 'bullet journaling"?? Even offering to show people how to organise it. Organise what?? And what does she write in it anyway? Certainly nothing about medical things) but her tone is different. It became more sombre and serious and earnest (fake? she wants to appear more mature?) She toned herself down for the cancer content but we are no fools.

I thought that when she said how long she'd been with Matt. As you say the'We broke up' video was much more recent than that?

She met Mat when she moved out of her town and lived alone after she broke up with Troy. I think they met at work because in LinkedIn, they both worked/work at specsavers. Both are optometrists. It's weird cause she never called Troy darling or babe. It was always just Troy. You would think they were just friends but with Mat she cannot even say his name without darling.

Yes it's unbearable. It's for teens.
I think what happened is that people got attached to her through her showing 'vulnerability' due to the cancer. So now she is being praised and called 'brave' even just for putting her pyjamas on and making tea.
And people even called her 'self-less' because she often says that it's not fair on Matt and Amma and when she prays in the car she prays for others (Matt, Amma, her youtube family). I don't find her that self-less. She strikes me as someone quite demanding and controlling. That her comfort is more important to her than that of others. What 30 year old would allow their aging mum to sleep on an uncomfortable couch in the hospital for 16 days. And she could have infected Amma with c diff. Someone has already mentioned that it's in the culture (Tamil, Indian) to be very 'close' like that with your parents. But it's just common sense to not endanger your mum.

It’s like watching a soap opera (but hey she left those old videos up) & I can’t believe I’m saying this … I kinda liked Troy… he seemed real and natural in front of the camera. They need to do a spin off about him and Prince lol. IMO I think Tiffany acts different with Matt because it’s a race thing… just my 2 cents. She did say that she’s been with Matt for 4 years. I think she met Matt & broke up with Troy.

That's funny cause people are going back to old videos saying "thank God you broke up with him", "Mat is so much better", "Troy seems rude". About the race thing, I didn't want to sound racist but it's what I've thought about since forever. There has to be a level of infatuation. Like she won the lottery with him. Idk. She wanted to marry Troy because they've been together for 8 years but I think he didn't care enough about her to marry her. She said in the break up video how you plan things for the future but they don't work out as you wanted them to so i guess that's what she meant. Also, I think yeah she jumped from one relationship to the other pretty quick.
 
She’s very keen to get the Invisalign treatment underway again asap. It takes a good few months for that to work, so she’s obviously making mid term plans. She said she’s stopped it during “cancer treatment” so it seems to me she can’t be for seeing a massive operation in her near future?

The reason she elusively stated a few videos back for not receiving chemo now is that she is not supposed to have chemo prior to surgery. No other reasons were given by her. For any doctors who read this, would you please tell us why/if chemo is contraindicated prior to extensive surgery? The only reason I can think of is that is would weaken her, and she needs to be strong for that type of surgery.

I am not sure about the time difference between these two relationships, but, no one should be saying 'Thank God you broke up with him'. Tiroy is a successful engineer, seems like a serious fellow, and any young lady would be lucky to be his choice in life (I did some searching.) Tiroy also looks a lot better now than he did before, in my opinion. Tiroy and Tiffany looked very good together because they were of the same race, accent, language--just natural together. I think Tiffany was more natural with Tiroy in the sense that I didn't detect 'darling this' and 'darling that' with him---no such formality. She never mentioned the reasons for their breakup. Matt, of course, is a very nice person. However, if they really have been together and serious with each other for four years, why didn't Tiffany ever make a trip to Ireland to meet his father? Tiffany mentioned that she hadn't met his father yet, or at least that is what I interpreted from what she had said.

Mat's father came to stay at their house but she didn't have anything to say about it. Not even that she's looking forward to meeting him.

I’m so glad Tiroy is doing well.. I saw those comments about how people were glad she’s no longer with him and Matt is better. I felt so bad for him.

Hmmm, I thought Matt's dad has not come over yet, that's why no mention about him staying over at her place. Anyway, this article published earlier this year https://www.standuptocancer.org.uk/tiffanys-story-adenocarcinoma and her YT breakup / emotional video of mid-2019. Even 4 years with Matt is off. That said, once I catch her lying, I mean inconsistencies, it's hard to believe everything she says.

Also, she said that she left those old videos with her ex bf up because she wanted to remember those moments, like Christmas, with the family. Hmmm. Drat, I should have created YT videos with my family.

Oh, I didn't mean to offend anyone. Maybe they looked so good together because they had known each other since childhood, had been together for almost ten or so years, and there was something natural about how they interacted. I am so used to seeing people of Indian (Asian Indian) marry within their community that when I see a mixed pair, it stands out for me. As for actual statistics, I do not know how many Indians or Sri Lankans marry outside their ethnicity in the UK or in the US, but as for Tiffany's family....I did not see another mixed couple in her family, which was also why I said that Tiroy and Tiffany looked so good together. During the Christmas gift exchange last year, I think Matt was the only non-Sri Lankan there. I wonder how he
felt, and how he feels when they speak in Tamil and he doesn't understand it. There are more issues to inter-racial marriages than looks in some cases. Just sayin'! Cheers!

I remember when she got told by her doctor she needed to put on weight and eat more and she kept saying “I need to get fat”. It immediately set of alarm bells with me and a sign she has issues. She always says I had a “little chocolate” or “a little biscuit” or “I had (insert random food item) as a treat” when it’s obvious she doesn’t need to be watching her weight.
