Well she is following his advice, since she doesn’t know much herself it’s probably the best thing to do in the situation, follow the advice of the experienced professional that does know. Obviously not 100% but I’m sure he has a fair idea of the best thing to do.

Yes this is the only thing I could see, I read something along the lines of mucin after chemo which looked a bit more positiveThere is a type of cancer called mucinous carcinoma, but it isn't caused by chemo. Who knows why she didn't ask; she's probably had this all the time and is just finding it out.

I mean as much as I’m confused I do really wish her well.the problem with this is we don’t actually know the full picture because Tiffany doesn’t explain herself at all and didn’t think to ask questions when she had a face to face meeting with him. Why is the surgeon still offering surgery if she is NED from a biopsy? Who knows what her t4b tumour is doing? Is the surgeon telling her to wait 6 weeks because either she’s palliative anyway so it doesn’t make a difference or does he think her tumour has miraculously disappeared and she’s cancer free? Nothing adds up, it’s so frustrating to watch. I hope she is cancer free but I just don’t see how when chemo & radio didn’t work hence why she was offered major surgery in the first place. The chemo was to shrink the cancer before surgery but now they are happy to leave it 6 weeks with no chemo in the meantime? It doesn’t make sense!

19th May ‘only option’ vlog she is at the Marsden talking to the surgeon who sounds lovely, he tells her it’s a brutal surgery, he feels bad telling her about it as she’s so lovely and she’s young and then says ‘ I promise we will walk you through it and I will treat you as though you are my sister’. She said she has to have surgery otherwise she won’t live, he said it would spread within six to twelve months! . I genuinely think she’s must be either in complete denial, is stringing out the vlogs or is a bit dim! She needs to write down a bullet point Information sheet, from start to finish, That way her followers can actually understand what the hell is going on and she doesn’t need to keep going over things.

God reading up on that surgery makes you sick to your stomach. All the tech in the world and we still can’t figure this all out 
it’s utterly horrific, it’s no wonder she’s in denial really. You have to be a seriously tough cookie to get through that and I’m just not sure she is, which isn’t a criticism, im sure most wouldn’t be.

I have already unsubscribed. She started showing her true colours. Never into her overpriced merchandise, and helping her to grow her channel. Please, the tumour is grown in the interim.
Hey, I saw your question/comment on her video, before she ticked ticked ticked, and before I personally made the informed decision to unsubscribe. Well well well, sure hope she does not tick too long to speak with her medical team and/or the surgeon. When I heard that she has another face to face consultation with her medical doctor in October, I wanted to reach through the screen to shake her a lot to wake up her bloody ideas. I genuinely hope the woman has had her miracle and she is non detectable and I still think she's a very lovley person but she can't ask for people's opinions and then go on a blocking spree for those that don't tell her what she wants to hear.
Out of interest I checked out her merch prices
T-shirts 25ish dollars, which I believe came out first but her latest tie dye sweatshirt offerings an astounding 60ish dollars!

Though we are not entirely sure what his advice to her was, given that we are not privy to the conversation between her and the surgeon. She mentioned 3 options were to be explored. In video asking whole world for advice, she presented only 2 options.

I saw it mentioned in the comments that a trial is going on about Deferral of Surgery.
All patients have CRT (chemotherapy and radiotherapy)
They then either have Surgery or Deferral of surgery.
But they still have chemotherapy after this (whichever option they have gone to).
I am hoping the surgeon has an excellent plan for her (which Tiffany just hasn't managed to explain).

Tiffany's most recent video has been received very poorly. Has a proper cancer vlogger ever got such a negative response to an emotionally-charged title/video? I've personally never seen anything like it. I reckon people didn't take kindly to being sanctioned for life-saving advice only to be labelled "trolls" or "haters". Tiffany regularly gets far more dislikes than other cancer influencers, but never up to 1K or more. Her subscribers are still climbing, as is expected, but her reception really took a nosedive here. What do you think changed?

100% her literally asking for peoples opinions and then being hateful, blasting them and blocking them. People did what she asked and went out of their way to help out of care for a stranger and that’s how she responds.
What she clearly wanted was everyone to back her in not having the surgery. They didn’t so she spat her dummy out.

The sad thing is, her response will likely make people more hesitant to offer their knowledge and opinions in the future out of fear of being labeled a hater or a troll.
And I am still astonished at how selfish and inconsiderate she has been to her followers these past few days and that she’s behaving more like an entitled influencer being called out for excessive shopping than a young woman at a crossroads with her illness. And I am not going to grovel at her feet for her to keep me off her block lists like I have seen so many others who commented for her to get the surgery.

This kind of humour would be totally harmless if it weren't her real approach to the situation. They should only be jokes, but for Tiffany, this flippant, wilfully ignorant attitude is how she actually treats scans, doctors, questions, surgery, etc, making these videos kind of disturbing. If she were taking her cancer seriously, she could joke however she wants without raising an alarm, but the exact opposite is true. Deary me.
