Yeah typically her Tea videos have a lot less fluff in them. I was especially impressed with her first few TWT videos because she really went into depth about her cancer diagnosis and journey...but those were recorded back when she was expecting to have surgery in August. Now that she's blocked out surgery as an option in her mind she seems less concerned about documenting the lows of her cancer journey to look back on once she's 'cancer free.' I think she knows deep down that the new scans are gonna be bad and she no longer wants to relive the harsh moments in her Tea videos because things are only going to go downhill instead of the improvement she was expecting post-surgery

How she advocated for herself and is now cancer free for brain cancer and still working on her lungs. So very young, non smoker with two young kids and a hubby. i cannot say enough about her! This is the rare beauty of a platform. Help others. Encourage screeni g and advocacy for yourself. I've just watched some of that. Thank you for posting about it. I love that the couple show pride and love towards each other near the end. There's a lot of genuine warmth and humility about them.

That is so true! I noted that myself a few weeks back
and since then I have been diligently reading and searching for any comments Tiffany makes to acknowledge ’anyone’ who mentions that they too, have cancer or are currently undergoing chemo or radiation therapy for cancer. Tiffany absolutely NEVER acknowledges these courageous followers. No compassion, no positive comments, no love, no caring, no words of support or wisdom, no blue hearts … nothing!!!
To me, that’s lower than a grave diggers boots!!!!
Says lots about who you are … especially when you advocate Christianity and talk the talk.
Lots of taking $$$$$ … not a whole lot of giving !

She wants to be far away from cancer and people with cancer. People posting about their experience with cancer is a reminder that she also has cancer. She does not accept that. She was horrified when she saw cancer patients in the hospital and did not want to sit with them.

What did the surgeon mean by that comment? Why would surgery be kinder? Because it increases her chances of a successful outcome? Why watch and wait then?

I think he meant it like that the 'watch and wait' option has a lot of watching and waiting in it which will mess with her mental health. You know, waiting and not knowing what the next scan will show. Nerve-wrecking especially in her case cause it may show very bad news. Instead, if she just had the operation, it would be done. He probably also suspects that she will have to have the surgery anyway (if she does not become inoperable by then) so just have it now.
The other thing is that he may think the surgery will not increase her life and that she is already stage 4 and already inoperable so he recommended to watch and wait.

The problem is that we're all watching-and-waiting with her, which is proving to be quite a nerve-wracking process. I think we all wish her well and want her to have the best possible outcome but blimey, it's like watching a slow-mo car-crash.

If correct, then my heart goes out to the poor woman. It is too much for one person to bear and she seems a very giving and unselfish individual.

I thought he was already dead but they were just estranged. I think he lived in India but when he got Covid in 2020 he was in the UK if I'm not mistaken. Amma's younger sister died from cancer but we don't know what type of cancer. Someone asked Tiffany what cancer her aunt had and she responded: 'Not the same as I have'. Tiffany's flair for keeping the mystery was always apparent. Tiffany indicated that her aunt's cancer was very serious.

Anyway, Tiffany had mentioned in some earlier video that she was born in France, but never explained how they ended up in the UK. However, Tiffany's last name is 'Maurice-Christy'. Maurice was her father's first name, and is a French name. Tiffany most likely does not know French and the family must have left France when she was small, as Tiffany pronouned Maurice like 'Morris', and that is not how it is pronounced. Reunion Island, a French territory in the Indian Ocean near Madagascar, has a lot of Tamil people--some Hindu but a lot of them Christian. I had the chance to visit Reunion Island in June of this year. The people there look like Tiffany. Close to Reunion Island is 'Ile Maurice', which translates to 'Maurice Island' ( I have not been there.) There, the people speak both English and French. Schools are in English there, as it was a British territory. Perhaps Tiffany's dad came from Ile Maurice, immigrated to Reunion Island (France), came to mainland France from there, but preferred to settle in the UK. It would be fascinating if Tiffany would talk about her origins, but she has not.

I just saw her video talking about her dad’s death. Amma is driving and you can tell how pained and uncomfortable she is as Tiffany briefly mentions that her father died of covid. No emotion and didnt want to discuss their relationship. No education to people about keeping up some safety pre autions esp if you are at risk. People like her but clearly she doesn't think so. She discusses her views on death and you can get a lot of info on shy she is WW. She thinks the world is a terrible place and the afterlife is wonderful. Thinks her father is in a better place now. it is her religious belief but enforces that she respects others views on this. Amma clearly does not want this topic to continue but she goes on. I think that as reality sets in she cant deny that the world is not all terrible. Life with darling may be at risk. I hope she has lots of vegan milk stocked up, she may need it.

She's been waiting for 8 weeks??!!!! That means she's been bleeding for a lot longer!!! And she's more concerned about not going to Leeds with Matt!

Plus, does she think she's the first person with cancer? People know people with cancer live a life and go out for dinner, shopping etc! People are pointing out her using clickbaity titles with cancer because she knows it brings in the views. She knows that she wouldn't get nearly as much views or sell as much of merch without that background story. She can easily put all her cancer snippets in one video, but she doesn't and uses a toxic positivity explanation for something which is so disingenuous.

People were viewing her as more than just her cancer and wanted to support her - it's her fault if she thinks other people view cancer patients as one dimensional beings, because that's how she thinks.

People want clarification about her diagnosis and the results but she never provides that, but wants a complete in depth view of a day in a cancer patient - which we got an idea of with just one or two of her vlogs.

Please shoot me. Something so very annoying has happened with miss cozy. She can not go on a trip with Matt because her examination under aneasthetic is this week and not next week. So unkind from the hospital to ruin her plans and she is soo annoyed.
I have to wait 4 effing months for my first consultation with a specialist and this brad with a deadly disease can only cry over a weekendtrip.

So Annoyed! Tea With Tiffanythinks* ep. 15

PET scan today, no drinks tea or coffee 6 hours before. Wearing blue navy we got this tshirt, link below for purchase. So annoyed. Hospital called to say exam and anaesthetic this week, thus cannot spend time with Matt's family. Been 8 weeks since anything has been done. Can't postpone them anymore, as concerns her life. So, she has to drop the plan with Matt's family. You really can't plan anything, scans, biopsies etc can happen. All the memories she wants to make will happen in the future. I have to remember, I have to remember. CT, MRI, and biopsies being booked in 1 week. Things never go as planned. But so grateful everything's being done this week. Can't do weekend trip to see his family, because she may gave to stay the night after biopsy because of her reaction last time. Pain was unbearable. She doesn't want to be away from hospital. She lives pretty close to the hospital. So lucky to be close to hospital. So looking forward to going and spending time with Matt's family, and be with her darling. I asked Matt if I should change the hospital date, her Darling said Are you kidding me, we've been waiting for the date...

I am living my life. Cancer does not take over my life. I might put Cancer in my title, for people to understand that just because you have cancer, you can embrace life. I'm keeping very busy doing things I like eg. buying tights at Primark. Not cancer free yet. If you feel offended, you don't need to watch. I want people to know I'm going through the hardest time in my life. In the back of my mind, it's always there. Just because I'm laughing etc, it doesn't mean I don't care. If I'm shopping, I still get the pain. Just because you know someone with cancer, I want you to know that it doesn't mean I don't have cancer. I put Cancer in my title because iff you have cancer you are allowed to go shopping and be happy. It's at the back of my mind. Of course I want you to watch my videos, so that you can support someone with cancer, whether mental or otherwise. I have no idea. That's how ignorant I am. See how my family and friends and darling treat me. I am going to read a book etc. I spend a lot of time editing videos. Of course I want people to watch. It's my little online family. I like replying to comments. I'd rather have people who subscribes and genuinely be happy for me, I don't want the silver plaque. This is free. YT is a free platform. No one is forcing you to watch. Move on with your lives. I love doing YT. It makes me very happy. I have the time. When I go back to work, I'd need to cut down on putting up vids.

I am going to get ready to go to the hospital. Thank you for listening to rant. I'm upset. At least a step closer for all these to end. Imagine no cancer cells again. I wanna cry. I might have biopsy and there is no cancer. It could go the other way. Taking all the appointments as they come. Maybe she reads here because she explains in details why there is cancer in the title ( she still has cancer and she wants people to know that even when you have cancer you can go shopping and enjoy life ) and she said that yes she wants lots of people watching her videos but she doesn’t want the 100k plaque anymore she only wants subscribers who really like her for who she is, if we don’t like her, or the fact that she is sometimes happy doing other things than cancer then we can unsubscribe and we don’t have to watch it because YouTube is free and some many other creators … And it’s not because she seems happy and shopping that cancer is not in the back of her mind all the time …
Then yes it’s been 8 weeks so biopsies PETscan and MRI are all for this week ! And she didn’t want to go, called Matt and her sister and all of them told her that she needed to go ( obviously ) that she was lucky to have those appointments (…) so she doesn’t want to go but she will …And everybody needs to be kind to each other ( no more block and delete the negative comments ?) …
maybe some answers and a more accurate view of the situation soon, who knows, one can dream …
