That was it what the x ray technician saw. Signet ring cells. Not a nice form.

.
You made me remember the signet thing! Forgot about that.

That's not good. Poor prognosis.
She mentions signet ring cells being found but after that she was diagnosed with standard adenocarcinoma. It's written on the letter too.
---
Oh she definitely reads here. Addressing the door and who comes in from where. A recurring topic here too.

What else will you be addressing, T?
I wonder if she feels embarrassed seeing how much people know about her cancer in comparison to her. She could take out her bullet journal and start making notes. Tattle could be an educational resource for her.

Signet-ring cell carcinoma (SRCC), which is an uncommon type of colorectal cancer constituting 0.5–2.6% of all adenocarcinomas [2, 3], is defined by the presence of signet ring cells as the dominant (50%) malignant cell type, and the formation of immature glands [4].Jul 31, 2019

we don’t know the percentage of signet ring cells she has so it might not be this specific sub type. We know that her tumour cells formed some mucin after adjuvant therapy and that improves the prognosis. We don't know by how much though. she was diagnosed at a late advanced stage that travelled its way into her pelvic cavity. Not sure what organs were really affected and removed though. Likely uterus /cervix and ovaries and some peritoneum but not the bladder and maybe not the vaginal walls either. She never said how many lymph nodes were affected and removed either. This is a variable that is factored into a prognosis. She never gives specifics. And yes she had her rectum and lower bowel removed Enough to require an ileostomy. With mets to her lung and possibly more in the future her prognosis doesn't seem very good. I’ve read some opinions and studies on this but they all say more research is needed. The best chance of living beyond 5 yrs at stage 4 I read was about 21%. Most were less and younger women lived less time then young men In the studies. At stage 3 she had more of a 50-65% 5 yr survival rate. Its just terrible news but most of us suspected the lung and liver at some point. Really sad folks. Long road of treatments and scans for her.

I don't think she is smart enough to feel embarrassed. ...the money keeps rolling in and "our girl" is okay with any comments even bad ones about here...engagement...YT wants creators to get the viewers involved....like the thumbs up and make comments...she does not ask "tell me how you feel about xxx" because she cares but stupid YT followers think she does and it gives her better ratings.

Thanks for all this info!
She had a total PE and judging by what info she gave us I think she had everything in the pelvis removed, so vagina, uterus, ovaries, cervix, fallopian tubes, and then colon, rectum, and anus. You are so right, Tiffany has never ever mentioned lymph nodes, in any shape or form. Our girl probably has no clue that lymph node involvement is important and it would be important to know.
We also don't know about her peritoneum. Peritoneum is one of the places (along with liver and lungs) where colorectal cancer spreads to, which makes it metastatic. "The presence of peritoneal metastases (PM) in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) is associated with an extremely poor prognosis." I think bowelbro had peritoneal matastases. I think people who have peritoneal metastases sometimes have the HIPEC (mother of all surgeries) treatment.

I don’t think she knows the word ‘embarrassed’.
Who would talk about bum bum and front bum and allow oneself to be viewed as a real nutter if you felt embarrassed. Her insight and perception is very poor and Matt and Amma are certainly no stronger.
For an engineer … Elodie is also a bit of a worry!
The clown car 🤡🤡🤡 convo is etched in my mind 🤣

Sorry, adding more from that article, I had no idea about these things:

"Death from colorectal cancer is virtually always the consequence of metastatic spread to distant sites in the body such as the liver, the peritoneal cavity, and the lungs. Patients with metastases in the peritoneal cavity (peritoneal metastases, PM) have the worst prognosis.
In general, PM are under-diagnosed as their detection with routine imaging protocols is difficult, due to their small size and limited contrast resolution in soft tissues. The true incidence of PM is therefore unclear, although in autopsy series it was reported to be as high as 40–80%. The development of PM in CRC patients is often associated with a rapidly declining performance status, involving recurrent bowel obstruction, the formation of malignant ascites, visceral pain, and malnutrition. In most cases this precludes surgery and systemic therapy, leaving only palliative care to ensure the best possible quality of life."

I assume her peritoneum was not involved as they would have discovered such during the big surgery?

For sure she does. But narcissistic people don't take offence. They use it as fuel. Princess' don't take the views of the "unwashed" on board. We have witnessed this on her own channels never mind forums that she cannot control. North Korea could be home to her. Her way or no way.

A good point. Would a person who uploads videos of herself dancing like that feel shame? Her insight and perception are very flawed, she reviewed that footage and probably thought her party dance was cute so she included it.

Speaking of forums she cannot control, it must be killing her not being able to unleash her block and delete protocol on tattle and tattlers.

Oh, haha.. yeah i wrote a post about how I think the conversation went with t and her special surgeon 🙈another poster did a mock conversation as well. But for me, she hears what she wants to hear and blocks out the rest.. but she obviously needs to hear everything- it’s her body, her life.. but unfortunately that’s why her ‘journey’ has been so confusing for a lot of viewers, because I believe it is confusing for her as well.. she doesn’t want to know what going on- but she needs to.. because look at where this has gotten her now. I hope someone in her life can help her.. she is so clueless (unfortunately so is everyone in her life it appears) and it’s frustrating. In one video Matt is filling out a registration form for her (why? I have no idea, she can do it herself.. she’s a grown woman!) and she asks him ‘what’s it for?’ Girl, how can you not know?! She never grew up because no one has allowed her to.

I feel like with her, she has two or very limited emotions or ways in which she acts .. either anxious (as we see before her appointment in her last video, after going for dinner with ha and her sister following the meeting of her big surgery, and receiving the news two years ago it spread to her lungs) or happy/cozy vibes. Even in the video two years ago of cancer spreading to her lungs, she is crying and suddenly she snaps out of it and starts smiling at the camera and repeating ‘it’s ok’ .. I remember this because I always found it so odd.

Before the appointment of her recent video, you can see she’s anxious and when she gets the news cancer didn’t spread to her liver, and she didn’t need chemo, she was excited... I feel like there’s no in between with her. I’ve never seen her act any other way- either she’s anxious or using her excited childlike voice. So maybe that’s why it was strange for many viewers to see her be ecstatic over cancer spreading to her lungs, because she doesn’t act any other way.. no other emotions or behaviour.. sigh, who knows. But I’m glad she read that commenters post and acknowledged it. We don’t know how she acts off the camera.. maybe it’s not like what we see.. we’re shown what YouTubers want us to see
"Acts" is the key word here.

I just want to make sure that people understand 5 year survival doesn’t mean 5 years of health. She could be on deaths door and have a miserable quality of life for 5 years, but still be in the percentage of 5 year survival. Quality of life is something that needs to come into the conversation. I’ve seen families and patients push and push and push and there is no quality of life. And I’ve seen them choose to go no treatment and enjoy what they have. I think with what we know of Tiffany’s cancer, 5 years would be miserable. How many more surgeries to cut out tumors? Maxing out on radiation and chemo… not being able to eat and having feeding tubes. That’s what is down the road for her. So while people are focused on survival rate, remember what that entails. If I didn’t think she was so ill informed, I would be totally ok with her refusing more chemo. I don’t think she knows enough to make that decision. As an oncology nurse, if it were me… I’d enjoy what time I had left. Give me all the morphine syringes and crisps and whatever else she eats!

I think it's harder to imagine Tiffany going that sad route because she has not been considerably ill because of the cancer. Apart from the 6 weeks post surgery and some pain from radiation, she appeared pretty much fine, running around coffee shops, the garden center, shopping, decorating, going on holidays. And she has been eating junk and everything that she wanted even when she had a large tumour in her rectum and cancer in her colon. It doesn't make sense.

Not at all! And if the tumor was that large in her rectum, how the hell did she poop? I don’t understand how she was able to go before the ostomy. Maybe that’s why she ate such little amounts of food?

I know! It's always been greasy fried foods and sugary coffees.

I don’t understand how she was able to go before the ostomy. Maybe that’s why she ate such little amounts of food? - Maybe that's why she lost so much weight. She was very thin at the beginning of her cancer journey. Maybe she could not poop well and maybe she had bad digestive issues, we just assume she did fine cause she is not open about her journey. But then wouldn't she be more careful about what she should and should not eat?

I'm also surprised she never had a bowel blockage?

That’s one area Tiffany never really discussed ‘bowels/constipation’ etc.
I don’t believe we ever saw her taking aperients, though she was taking substantial amounts of opioid's (Oromorph) so I’m sure between the meds and the tumour, she definitely would have relied on aperients. She told us plenty of times about the blood pouring out but I can’t recall anything about poop 💩

Does anyone know which vlog this was in, I must admit I stopped watching her as I couldn’t cope with the magical cancer mystery tour!
I can't find it. I checked some of her early videos but not finding it. Has the video been removed (maybe she said some questionable stuff)? Maybe I'm skipping through too much. It's torture hearing her blabber and make stupid statements. This video came after the first cancer video and it had the story of how she got diagnosed, and how her cousin doctor read the concerning results. I know that she later gave a long winded non medical story of her diagnosis in the tea with Tiffany bullshit. That was unbearable to listen to.

Discovered a lady who had the same surgery as Tiffany. She was already stage 4 (colorectal cancer with liver mets) when operated on. It all started in 2020 when she was 38. She even had spread to the brain which is apparently rare. She still seems very active despite all this.

Her instagram is bootycancermom.
