Sort of out of context but I was so struck by an older video I watched...maybe 8 months or so where a doctor visit went really bad for the princess. He was supposed to check blisters which were a problem at that time but had the audacity to discuss her primary diagnosis and did mention the possibility of surgery not being an option. He said that after "putting his finger in my bum" she said complete with total disgust as If that would not be routine given the nature of her cancer. He was just shocked. I thought after seeing that what a complete fairy tale she was living in as she told Amma about this awful doctor visit. I assume this was a Dr. on the team.

I think the issue there is she went for a check-up about something miscellaneous and he gave her serious and bad news which she was unprepared for. I suppose if she knew beforehand the oncologist would give her a mini update on the tumour, she would have prepared herself better. So I sort of understand, but tbh any update from a professional is beneficial, bad or good. At least you know how things stand, but only people on the stronger end of the spectrum would appreciate that.

I assume she had been told that before but "did not hear" it as often is the case with Ms. Tiffany. The comments were being delivered by another member of the team who was probably concerned about her inability to process the serious nature of her disease. It would concern any member of her team and probably some members of her family are also concerned.

For us non British here, how would our British member’s here describe Tiffany’s accent? Is it a London accent?
Generally speaking and being from the same town as Tiffany has lived in for a large part of her life, yes I’d say she more or less has a “middle class” south London accent. Or basically a south-east England accent. The London accent can vary a lot and be differentiated in “classes” so mine sounds way more “working class” despite being from the exact same area as TT.

However there are certain words that TT says very differently/unusually to the normal regional dialect; one of which is “first” which she says as “fuust” which really stands out to me. I can only conclude that this comes from her Tamil influence and I believe TT spent a lot of time growing up in France so this may have influenced certain pronunciations.

Probably the guy she’s apparently having anal sex with, while going to a church ran by peadophiles knowing some of the crackpots on this thread 😆😂

No. SHE brought up the topic of the surgery to him and he was honest with her and told her that as she is T4B, they might not operate. She got enraged cause she was in la la land and assumed surgery was a given and that her surgery would be minor. This is what happens when you are a fool and deliberately avoid listening to your doctors from the start. She also acted surprised and almost offended when hearing 'T4B' despite receiving letters about her T4B tumour from the beginning.
And if an oncologist wants to check your tumour, you don't throw tantrums about it. The princess acted as if the doctor proposed to do something outrageously inappropriate. I suspect she is gonna terrorise the poor nurses who will be unfortunate enough to have to care for her post-surgery. She is used to having her childish whims met and if not, she will make a scene.

She seems to put on a (very fake sounding) posh accent at times but the expressions she uses and (sometimes) her grammar suggest that she is not posh at all. For example, she uses 'is it' a lot (Tamil culture?). Her sister's accent sounds more realistic and authentic to their background and environment.

Yeah, I've noticed she always adds "I think where I/where they/where the doctors/etc." in sentences or phrases where it doesn't even make sense.

Did TT ever mention how big her tumor was at diagnosis? Does T4B indicate size or merely refer to its invasive structure?
Yes! She was told several times that her tumour was 'large' and 'substantial'. I remember one of her vlogs even being called 'Tumour too big/large'. Her cancer has always been bad, right from the start. It is baffling that she ever thought her journey would be easy. She definitely thought that her surgery would be 'easier' and she would be doing her 'cancer free boomerang' thing soon. She has always simplified her cancer by saying 'just get it all out', 'just cut it out so that I can get on with my life'.

Yes, 'T4B' means that the tumour attached itself to nearby organs.

Edit: Sorry I think you were asking about the actual size of it. I don't think that has ever been mentioned? Would be interesting to know.

T4 tumors are 6,1 cm or more in diameter according to a study in pancreatic cancer.
my understanding was 4 refers to size (fairly large) rather than stage which at one point was stage 3. But today with all the waiting etc. don't really know. Something big is in there ...that is about all I know.

Here is the article

And a few picture how you must interpreted the T stages
