I can not stand that baby voice. I don't understand why she uses it! I really feel for Amma. All of the needed care will fall to her and it will be a lot, because T doesn't seem to do anything on her own. I just hope she follows doctors orders, but she has never done so in the past. I truly fear that she'll develop infections and other issues.

I wonder the same. She wants to distance herself from the cancer and once she is recovered, she might completely omit cancer related stuff and just film fluff. If so, I wonder what her dramatic titles will be. She will lose viewers without the cancer but maybe she thinks that they are already hooked and they will watch her do any crap and no need to film cancer stuff.
The baby voice is the devil. Someone needs to tell her to stop it.
I'm so happy to see Amma smile even if it's a fake smile and she is just trying to appear strong. She must be completely destroyed on the inside. Yes, can you imagine her duties now? She was already doing everything for Tiffany before the surgery, now she must be doing double the amount of work. And it will become worse once T is home in her care. I doubt Matt would do stoma care and such.

I wonder if she will be given the HIPEC treatment, like someone has already mentioned on here. Her pelvic cavity is now empty of organs so to kill any cancer, they might do that. It is radical but it would make sense in her case.

Matt looks like an elf. The filter used on her camera is absolutely awful, yeah it gives the flawless skin appearance (as seen in in ammas skin) but it also distorts facial features.

Matt looks quite thin, his face looks sunken. Gladly Amma looks well, she did everything for Tiffany before and her duties will be doubled after Tiffany goes home. 1-2 bags to change and the usual high morbidity that follows this type of extreme surgery.

Really weird. She is trying to showcase to us their love and affection but it just seems like two kindergarteners having a crush. It's off when someone is so intent on proving their romance. I think it was posted in the summer, she just pinned it now so it appears new. You can see comments there from months ago. Can you imagine if he proposed? She would subject us to her bubblegum wedding. The amount of baby voice and cringiness in it would cause tattle apocalypse. We would suffocate one by one.
 
Why does everyone think Amma will care for the stoma? It's actually much harder to put a flange and bag on someone else than to do it yourself. ( I've changed them as a nurse and had a temp one myself). Once you've learnt the little tricks like warming the flange under your arm or with a hairdryer on low, and placing your warm hands over it for a couple of minutes to aid adhesion it really isn't difficult ( except when the stoma goes thru a stage of constantly producing -i used to place a container under it and wait for a few minutes for it to stop).
The one thing I hated was carrying all the bits all the time, as I've always preferred small bags. I bought my first and last Kipling bag to carry it all as it had organisation and was washable.
When she goes back to work or is out with Matt she'll have no option to deal with it herself. In my experience the stoma nurses are very very firm about you becoming proficient yourself at dealing with stoma care before you go home. My wonderful pouch nurse at St Marks ( I actually had a chat with her last week - 13 yrs she's kept in touch with me) came and showed me how to do everything, then came and observed me doing it myself 4 times before I left hospital, and I was in 11 days I think.
Also the company providing the stiluff you need is amazing. They really support you. My daughter us using intermittent bladder catheters from coloplast ATM and the support service has been outstanding.

Oh yeah, didn't even notice the dates, duh! I won't be watching many, if any, more of her videos in the future, but I definitely couldn't take wedding planning or anything like that. I have no interest in that anyway, no matter who would be vlogging it. But add all those triggers...yes, apocalypse!🤯 :ROFLMAO:
 
In her short from the hospital, T looks very thin and her skin looks sallow. Dark circles under her eyes. I realize she has a yellow tone to her skin, but this looks more so. Amma's skin has a much healthier glow. Maybe it's just the surgical trauma and she's probably lost weight.

That IG montage of Darling seems sort of out of place and I am sure that her thoughts as she lays there turn to what will happen with that relationship. I am not expecting wedding plans at all but that has been my feeling from day one seeing them together.

She does seem thinner. I've noticed that people's teeth become more prominent after weight loss (e.g. Eugenia Cooney) and Tiffany's are quite visible now. It's been around 2 weeks since Tiffany's surgery. It is probably understandable that she looks more gaunt now.

If Matt has any sense, he will walk away at some point. But, he seems to revel in her childish ways and responds to her neediness. If he does propose, he can look forward to a lifetime of T calling the tune.

She’s probably read all the comments questioning if Matt will stay or run … I’m sure she must be wondering herself if her Matt will feature in her life for the long term … I wonder what Matt himself is thinking. His Christmas would have been a little lonely not visiting with his own family. Perhaps once Tiffany is a few weeks post op he will go home for a visit.

I think at some point in the next month he will take some time and go visit his family as he should. Tiffany will be fine under the care of Amma and her family. This will be a long haul...he will be back to work and other activities.
