I have finally caught up. You girls and guys have been busy!

I have been rather busy this last week or so. Having now caught up I can honestly say that Tiffany is a true emotional energy leech. She plays with her subscriber's emotions and even plays with the emotions of many on this very forum. T puts out a sad eyes video and some nonsense about having a realization and it upsets people? Tiffanys known for months what her surgery entails.
Yes, she will likely need chemo after surgery. Cells escape during surgery and chemo will prevent them 'bedding in' and tumors forming. T will need scans every 3 months for the foreseeable future if her grade is indeed aggressive.
How can a 30-year-old woman discuss being cancer-free, not discussing cancer again etc, and then put out a video within a few hours stating she made need chemo and surgery likely won't be the end for her?
She's a puppet master.
When my husband was admitted for his high-risk surgery, I was allowed to stay in a private room (I paid £25 a day) in the same building where my husband was in the ICU. During my stay there I made sure all our family, friends, and online friends I had made from kidney cancer forums was updated whenever I got an update. It's part of being a caregiver and providing care/support when the patient can't. My husband had fellow patients and their caregivers/friends/partners rooting for him worldwide. No way would I have not updated them!!!!! There is no good reason as to why amma. matt or one of T's family can not give an update. Amma could pick up the camera when T was in the hospital with C diff. I remember it crystal clear Amma picked up the camera, walked over to T, and said "Tiffany is sleeping", at the time I found it bizarre, but it showed me Amma is capable.
T & family want people's prayers, 'cards & notes', presents to her paid for PO BOX etc, and not one of them can give a simple update?
People worrying T won't make it and she might die because she is weak? I would love for anyone of them to spend just one day with a 'weak' patient. T is far from weak.

The way T and her family treat T's subscribers truly disgusts me. I feel sorry for those that are worried about Tiffany.

She likely heard her odds at diagnosis especially since no other surgeon would taker her case, before god surgeon came along. She admitted she didn't want surgery at first so she had a big part in the 1 yr delay. They Offered her other treatment options and she took them. When they didn't cure her she still dragged her feet so…

Why do you and others say no other surgeon would take T's case on? I ask because I am curious as to why this keeps being repeated? St Georges (Tiffanys hospital where she was diagnosed) couldn't offer surgery because its not a surgery that's offered at St George's. They also pointed out that they didn't think T was operable because they believed T was stage 4, due to suspicious lung nodule. This is absolutely normal and would happen to all patients (not isolated to T's case). St Georges referred T to the Royal Marsden, which again is very normal.
At the royal marsden the surgeon wouldn't have offered surgery if T was stage 4. This was also mentioned again just a few months ago that if it spread while she was on 'watch and wait', she would then be inoperable. Her current surgeon was taking the same stance as St Georges. T's surgeon cracked on with surgery because she isn't stage 4.
No surgeon 'came along'. St Georges referred T to him. There has been no second opinions or T seeking any doctor out.
And yet, the same incorrect story is still being repeated?

Why do you and others say no other surgeon would take T's case on? I ask because I am curious as to why this keeps being repeated?

I only thought that because I just remember her saying there's only 13? some number of surgeons in the world that can do the surgery she needs and she was lucky one was "her" surgeon. Of course I don't know it that's true, but maybe that's what others remember also?

Today’s video is really upsetting . I don’t understand why they gave Tiff an abrupt surgery date when all this has been planned for so long. Scared that the scans were worse than expected but then would they even do the surgery? It’s all so confusing and terrifying. Hopefully Elodie posting that Instagram story means Tiff might be out of the danger zone?
The title of the video scares me - goodbye . Would they really operate if they thought she wouldn’t make it through the surgery? Maybe that’s why she had to sign lots of forms? It’s so horrible. I don’t think I will sleep tonight.

T says she was given an abrupt surgery date? Do you believe everything T says? The surgery has been in planning for WEEKS, not abrupt at all.
If T had spread, ie to the lungs or another organ, surgery would be cancelled.
Confusing and terrifying? No disrespect but I think you need to take a step back.
Title scares you? Tiffany manipulates her subscribers, including YOU.

T & M repeated what her surgeon told them both, that there is only a few surgeons in the world skilled enough to offer the surgery needed.
However T didn't seek him out. St Georges (where she was diagnosed) wrote to him to refer Tiffany.
It's normal for local hospitals not to offer surgery. Not all NHS trusts offer identical services. If a local hospital can't offer surgery, they refer to a larger hospital that can offer surgery. What the local hospital said to T was that they felt she was inoperable. Her current surgeon agreed with that. She would have been inoperable if she had spread to her lungs. Luckily for T further imaging concluded it wasn't spread to her lungs, which then meant she was operable.

Elodie deletes a picture, so the assumption is that Tiffany has died? Jeez. Yeah someone loses a sister so they go online and delete a picture? What planet are some people on?
More likely that Elodie is fed up of randam strangers stalking her and having random strangers hassle her.
I would be really peed off if randoms sent me messages asking about my sister. Yes Elodie may appear in videos with Tiffany, but that doesn't mean she wants stalking or messaging.

Its the UK. St Georges don't offer the surgery that Tiffany would have required, so they referred her elsewhere. Maybe you need to go back and rewatch Tiffanys videos, instead of repeating the same nonsense over and over again.

Aaaaw she must be so scared. Well her surgery is over now.. hopefully it’s a positive outcome and she can move forward in her life. I hope it’s just a healing journey and they got that nasty disease out completely…

I just see Tiff as being so feeble and she has poor self discipline when it comes to managing her body …I just don’t know….
You know what I hope for her.. to get really deep into self love and diet changes like going plant based or more interested in alkaline foods and exploring yoga, you know like a complete transformation! Maybe even shave of her hair or partially and dye it wild candy floss pink and just live! , travel and have spontaneous adventures, sky dive and go camping under the stars
Dump Matt and fall in love with life and make new friends and go to Glastonbury, get a blue heart tatoo and just scream and cry her heart out in huge open land, smoke a spliff and just lay back like a snow Angel and just be.
Some people can have a true epiphany, especially in their 30s… or some have a ‘Sandra Dee to Sandy’ make over and just start discovering the true art of living and being themselves, even if the prognosis isn’t that great, you know what I mean?

T knew surgery was gonna be mid December weeks ago. T divulged to her subscribers that she was told surgery would be mid December. Why an earth is she now saying she was given an abrupt date for surgery? She's a sick puppy.
T will have seen she lost subscribers and will have been reading comments before her surgery, seen that people are unhappy with the way she 'signed off', panicked about losing subscribers and ultimately £'s. Then comes a video. Same ole same ole.
I took time to watch all of T's old videos. T is well known for vanishing for months on end and then returning, apologizing to her subscribers.
The very reason T encourages her subscribers to support each other is that comments bring her £'s.
"Send me pics of your xmas trees" etc, all to bump up comments on her videos. She doesn't care that elderly Dot in Oz or Joan over in the USA are taking their time to take pictures and upload them. It's all about how to bring in £'s.

Now she has people actually thinking T may be dead? It's actually funny to me now. Some people need to back away from the internet and engage common sense mode.

Its common here in the NHS for cancer patients to be diagnosed at their local hospital. Usually an incidental finding on a CT scan, or a CT scan to investigate specific symptoms. Its very rare that a patient's care remains at the local hospital, most are referred to larger specialist NHS hospitals.

Yes Saydee … you are so right and it’s easy to forget all of that when T bleets her ‘dying’ last post across the nation and peoples hearts start to bleed!

Absolutely Saydee … it is the same here. Of course Metropolitan and Regional Hospitals cannot have dedicated specialist services operating locally. Those specialist professionals need to be concentrated in major hubs where everything is together from surgeons / dynamic scanners and robotics/ neuro monitoring intra op/ anaesthetics and Level 1 ICU units who have dedicated intensivists with acute expertise. This is why patients need to travel afar to have major surgery like this … All first world countries would have.

OMG 13 was a number in my head, I can't remember what she said exactly and I'm not going to go look, that's what the little ? mark after 13 was for. I was just giving a possible answer to your question as to why that keeps coming up in replies, she said something like that in a video. And since she never said the name of her surgery I have no idea if it was true or not.

For something completely different and wonderful cancer outcome. My beautiful, smart, witty incredible daughter was 5 yrs in remission on the 18th. Today at oncologist appointment he stated they consider her treatment for lymphoma “ curative”. They continue twice yearly monitoring and mammograms as she had 11cm x 12cm tumour in her chest, inoperable. She is healthy and well on her way through veterinarian school. She was diagnosed 2nd yr uni. Went back to school
During radiation half head and all. We will have an add in a few years. I’m so thrilled for her.
Good things can happen in cancer world my rush for all others here to have good outcomes as well.
mad gor Tiff I’m afraid for her and hope she receives the best care at RM.
