I don't know what type of surgery she went through but I'm 100 percent sure of one thing: if she will come back saying about some stupid miracle and that she didn't have PE, I will bet my money that she knew about it before the surgery but wanted to play the pity card for as long as possible. She may be worse than we all think.

Yes I think those are her weird rules like are we allowed to wear Christmas pyjamas back in November I think.

she is already planning to wrap presents in Nov. next year. So many references to next Christmas as clearly this will not be one of her best.

I don't think she will ever mention a stoma which is almost a certainty at least on temp basis and will never say the name of the surgery.

Yes I wonder about this too, Nat may just assume it's PE, just like us. Tiffany's vlogs 100% suggest that her surgery is total pelvic exenteration.
And Tiffany is notorious for ignoring people who reach out to her, such as Vanessa Lopez who herself had colorectal cancer.

But Nat's comment sounds as if they did converse about it.

See to me that doesn't sound like they have, it sounds like Nat has messaged her and heard nothing back. "I've reached out to her" not "we've talked" etc. She's posted similar a few times because people keep asking almost like she's saying "I've tried, duck off" lol.

Yes that part would suggests that. But then she also says that her surgery is very similar to hers. I cannot imagine Nat watching all of Tiffany's chaotic vlogs to find that out

I suppose I just figured when people had messaged Nat to tell her about Tiff, they would have told her about the PE (hence why they'd messaged Nat). Could be wrong. Just don't get the vibe they'd talked, especially as Tiffany is adamant to not even use the phrase nevermind have meaningful conversations about the surgery. I hope she has replied because if she hasn't that's the height of rudeness. Not that it would be a surprise.

OK, see I actually feel bad for wombat and anyone else that has such good intentions and are trusting what they hear from T is truth. It really seems from those comments that they had no idea the possibility surgery already happened existed. Even with all the reading they do here, all the comments and clues on the channel to suggest otherwise, and the "this video is pre-recorded" blurb.

I 100% believe Alina is right on. The surgery will take 12 hrs bc of the meticulous care each surgeon will take to preserve as much as they can for her. Doing partial resection wherever possible and not total removal. Checking margins along the way by frozen sections needing to go to the lab and wait for results, thus taking a longer time to confirm. Sphincter saving surgery is about 50% successful given todays technology. This is the case even for very low lying tumours such as hers. She may have a temporary stoma in this case but not permanent. Partial resection is taking a risk in the longer term as cancer can return in that area, but we can see that TT would take that risk, rather then remove the entire organ for vanity’s sake etc.

in the meantime I think we should consider reporting her YT channel for fraud or misleading information. Not sure of the terms of reporting that is available, but it is a financial fraud that is going on with her. Fraud to many vulnerable viewers on there. A Cancer grift of great proportion. IMO

A permanent stoma is most definitely required with low rectal cancer. My friend had low lying rectal cancer and has a permanent stoma. Her incision took an extremely long time to heal and close, she had to have a wound vac.

I kind of feel a bit bad for wombat as well she genuinely thought that Tiff would have told someone to update the Tiffany family … And she wanted to pray on surgery day obviously, I know that c.Sabatier would disagree but I was kind of raised catholic and hey, you cannot pray and wish recovery to someone who is already dead or at the very least the content of the prayer should be different … I mean if you believe in the power of prayers it doesn’t make sense to pray for something that already happened …

One of my biggest disappointments of the video was when she looked at Matt to allow her to tell us when her surgery was. Since when did she start listening to him? He’s the one who wanted her to watch and wait. I don’t know why that bug me like it did but it did.

This part bugged me, too and I couldn't figure out why. I felt like they had had a big discussion about it off camera previously and she planned out a whole timeline of when she would say something and what video it would show up in a certain number of days into the vlog?? And Matt was just confirming her master plan when she counted down?? It was strange is basically what I'm saying lol

There is a 50% chance they can avoid the perm stoma id its the right surgeon and he/she is motivated to take the amount if time required. Which gid surgeon is. Even if very low. Its is possible.

And that's totally fine, but why stifle conversation or people who are trying to understand it by saying on the videos 'block and delete' or 'please only post positive comments' or asking stand up to cancer to remove comments which aren't positive? She can ask questions as much as we all are here, but by stopping legitimate conversations which question the integreity of the person in question is a valid concern too. We all felt for and liked Tiffany at some point, but through her actions we've all been through this journey of realising things are not right.
