Yes, agree with you. There are many bored, sad, sick, lonely people out there. These are vulnerable people (men and women) and some will be elderly, whose children may have left home. Hence the need to make them aware, that they’re loving someone who doesn’t even care about them, let alone love them back.

isn’t it a bit worse when it’s a child really are you sure … When you are 85 you had a beautiful long life … Hey even when one of HER young patient dies ( and I don’t know them IRL just what she tells me about them) it haunts ME and I cannot forget about them even if I have never met them … When a child dies it’s the worst horror you can imagine . When a 85 yo dies it’s sad but you know, isn’t it life ? I agree she is 30 and not 13 so you do agree dying of cancer at 13 is like … a tragedy … So dying at 30 is definitely a bit worse than dying at 78 isn’t it …? It seems logical to me … children with cancer I mean it makes me sick just thinking about that … I have heard the worst horror stories because of my friend and I am telling you I am traumatized … Do you know that some parents (very very few fortunately) when they learn that the child is terminal, they cannot handle it and they LEAVE and never COME BACK …

I 100% agree with you that no one should be calling the Royal Marsden. I thought that was a ridiculous comment. I expect many of us thought the same. But unlike you, we didn’t start lecturing people about what to think.
We’re a big and varied group here, from all over the world, with different backgrounds and different cultures and we all have different opinions.
Some people are going to say things we think are inappropriate. That’s a given. And we’re never going to agree with one another on every topic.
You know what the rest of us do if we don’t agree with something? We scroll on by the comment. That’s what makes this group such an enjoyable place to be.

I’m happy to support the charity/foundation/organization who will, without prejudice, review, assess and look into what is fact and what is fiction because I am not sure if I listened to what Tiffany told me, I would ever really have the truth. Somebody neutral really does need to review this situation and I support those brave enough to take this to task.
Something of interest to me, is that these are both people of medical background and knowledge. I must say, when you have a background/profession in the health field, it is easy to agree with others, be ‘we’ medical, nursing or allied professionals who have raised concerns, because this story and journey is unlike any other.
It would be reassuring and healthy for everyone to have some clarity … for this reason, I would like to support if and where I can.

During a 12-14 hour surgery the family would be receiving updates....how detailed not sure but I think they would have a general idea of how it went before Tiffany wakes up.
