Sorry to be a pain, but I missed what Elodies IG said? Was it an update re Tiffany? I guess so given the follow on I am reading. 🤔🤔🤔

Yes I wonder if she received some bad news. Positive lymph nodes perhaps? Or spread to the peritoneum?
If scans showed distant metastases, would they bother with PE?
Or maybe she was just told again that there might be a possibility that not all cancer will be removed and post-surgery chemo is likely. Althought I believe that has been told to her many times already.
Just reminds me, she has not talked about the results of the most recent scans and the biopsy.

Maybe the very recent PET scan showed distant Mets , possibly that lung nodule they have been watching.
Also it wouldn’t be out of the normal to have post surgery chemo. That’s probably more the normal to have rather than to not have a few rounds post surgery.

Oh my god but people keep asking about Tiffany in her IG comments she deleted some but there are some new ones already ! Is she going to delete comments for days and days 😅 I don’t understand why she didn’t go private like a while ago ! She knew that it was coming … I am sorry I don’t understand …

Maybe she is also cuckoo and likes the attention. The whole family is odd as hell.
 
Surgeons and the MDT will have had a pretty good idea of what they’d find when they open her up from the various methods of scans, cat, pet, mri. The scans are pretty reliable with. The 3D imagery. I can’t see there being a surprise during the op, maybe moreso for Tiffany who’s been away with the fairies/in denial/ignorant to what she’s being told.
