I am thinking those toddler plates aren't for Harper, I think Ehmey buys them for herself!
She is very mentally immature with some of her clothing e.g. pyjamas, oodies, jumpers etc but also with the character crockery sets she has. I think the plastic kiddie plates are probably used more by her during the day when she's not filming a TT.
