Don't know why they bothered having Rylan and Emma in the studio today except for a couple of pieces, they could have had one of the runners stand there and say - here is something we showed last month oh and here is something we showed you 6 weeks ago. I ended up turning if off as I just had it on in the background whilst sorting out the freezer and found it so boring.

Do the execs who make This Morning think that by using people who have a strong regional accent it makes the show better? More appealing to the Tower-Block Tracies? They seem to get them into to do the 'competition' first ... then inevitably they find their way onto the sofa in the studio. First it was Alison with the strong Brum accent, the Josie with the West Country drawl. Today we have a Geordie lass. Surely it's time for someone from deepest Norfolk to have a crack!!!

Nothing wrong with a Geordie accent, I may be a bit biased though being from there ... drives my partner nuts when I can understand every word that another Geordie is saying or singing and she's completely lost

I'm slightly disappointed because I read yesterday she isn't going to address her 'absence' from our screens. Am I ok? No, I'm not. I feel hurt and let down.

~ 60 million people in the country, of which quite a lot will be decent TV presenters if given a chance, yet ITV (and the BBC) continue to only ever use the same old people time and time again.

Im sure he use to feature on a BBC programme years ago although trying to remember what it was could it have been nationwide? if so I'd say he will had dirt on the top brass of the BBC too!
