I think Sian is better than I expected. She needs to stop filling the silences though, it was never ending. That's nerves though. She kept interrupting the lady about her own experiences with hackers. She did this a number of times during the episode.

I like Donal Skehan and have made a lot of his family recipes but I always find him too loud and rushed on this morning
