It’s an edited version, they have emitted the remark from Phil ‘You must need to be strong/awake ( cannot remember the exact word ) to care for your patients at work’ he has been told she was a single parent struggling to be a full time nurse and be her sons Kiera who needed 24/7 Kier. Ironically I think she thinks ‘ignorant’ means ‘someone who is ignoring you’. In the video he ignores her, she asks him to show her ‘ignorant’ and he continues ignoring her, hence why she says “yeah, spot on”. She quite frequently makes English mistakes but this is a particularly unfortunate example of that.
